I’ve used Primarily Japanese for years. I had to have my car towed to them in the afternoon and they got my car repaired the next day even though I didn’t have an appointment. I trust them completely.

Always great service and affordable/competitive pricing! Their communication is great both through texts (optional) and direct phone calls. I love that you can drop off your car before their hours of operation by filling out an information envelope, leaving your key in it, and dropping it in the slot. I’ve only recently started using them as my former mechanic retired and so far they’ve been amazing!!!

I recently had my oil and transmission fluid changed, along with a maintenance check, at Primarily Japanese. They did an outstanding job. The service was performed in a timely manner, and the staff was very courteous throughout the process. I highly recommend Primarily Japanese for their excellent service and professionalism.

I took my 2020 Infiniti Q50 there to have the water pump checked out because I thought it was leaking, these guys diagnosed it and confirmed that it was the water pump leaking. They then told me that it should still be under factory warranty and that i should call the Infiniti dealer to see if it was in fact under warranty because it was a significantly expensive repair of $1200, and that I may get it taken care of under warranty. How many shops would do this? I bet not too many, they would have just changed it and charged me. Their honesty and customer service is exceptional and i will definitely be going back there in the future. And i will be recommending them to others for sure.

Primarily Japanese handled my issue quickly. I had an emergency and the usual place I take my car couldn’t get me in for weeks. Primarily Japanese owner, Rick, took my phone call told me to bring it right in and they did a diagnostic. My car was fixedquickly and efficiently and I was back on the road! I would highly recommend primarily Japanese to anyone because of their excellent customer service and workmanship.

These guys are thoughtful, careful, don't talk down to women, provide quotes before work, and are honest about what needs to be done and what can wait. They use good parts and charge a fair labor rate, so it's not the same price as paying your neighbor to put in something you found on eBay, but it comes with peace of mind and honesty. So worth it.

Very good experience with these folks. I've typically taken my Toyota Tundra to another shop in town, but this garage is in a more convenient location and their crew was way less grumpy! They did a great assessment of the vehicle, with photos included, and did a great job figuring out what needed to be done immediately since my budget isn't bottomless. I'm really pleased at the interaction and communication they provided and will be returning in the future.
