It's always difficult to find a knowledgeable and honest mechanic, but Javier and his staff have fixed my Prius more than once without breaking the bank. I highly recommend this shop if your car needs maintenance and/or repairs. 5 Stars.

There are really no words to describe the outstanding, caring, expertise, technical ability, from Xavier the owner of primary One Auto! I was blessed with his integrity, above and beyond services, commitment to Excellence, to repair a critically damaged part and tensioner that a previous mechanic damaged from only one month ago from horrific s h o d d y work if it hadn't been for Xavier who went above and beyond with countless hours to drill out an unknown dangerous part that they negligently placed , I would be buying a brand new car!!! I will never trust another mechanic except Xavier and primary One Auto! He is beyond honest and cared for me more as a customer than a vehicle! I was not paid for this review, amen!

As someone who is very picky about their car and don’t let just anyone work on it. I must admit that Javier with Primary One Auto exceeded my expectations. Be careful with Javier Hernandez I bought this car from him for $ 4600 05/13/2019 after I run a Carfax the vehicle is over 200k. Also, tremendous mechanical issues with the vehicle. He Is dangerous very crooked.

Javier @ Primary One Auto came highly recommended as a master tech for all Honda/Acura cars. I drove from Mt Dora and came to his shop for some suspension work on my 96 Civic. Less than half the cost of the dealership rates and twice as fast. While speaking with Javier, I can definitely tell he is not only passionate about his work, but passionate about Hondas in general. Javier is the absolute best. He’s the kind of mechanic your grandparents had growing up - the guy who knows everything he needs to know, will admit when he doesn’t know something (rare), will not overcharge you, does honest work and shows you how to fix it yourself for free if it’s a quick fix and can be done easily via DIY. Only downside is he doesn’t work weekends since he protects his family time, which I can respect. If you want an honest, hardworking and down-to-earth guy who is going to get the job done on your car, go see Javier at Primary One.
