I cannot recommend Prime Automotive enough! Their customer service is absolutely outstanding. I originally came in to have my oil changed and to get my front brakes and rotors checked after another shop, German Auto Specialist (right around the corner), told me I needed them replaced and quoted me over $800. Thankfully, Prime Automotive took the time to thoroughly inspect my brakes and confirmed that I still had plenty of life left on them. This matched what I suspected, as my vehicle usually notifies me when service is needed. Prime Automotive’s honesty and professionalism saved me from unnecessary expenses, and I’m so grateful to have found them. I’ll definitely be returning to them for all of my vehicle’s maintenance and service needs! Mark is awesome and super friendly and professional. Highly recommend! 5 stars all the way.

Prime Automotive has quickly become a first choice for me. I'm fully aware of the troubles that can arise from owning an older vehicle, and having owned an almost 20 year old B6 A4 has proven to challenge my own skills with maintaining a vehicle of such age. I chose to learn and attempt to do repairs where I can with as much diligence as I am able to, but of course there are limits for what one can do in their garage or on the street. For more advanced work, or areas I am not familiar with, I will opt to outsource that work, but even that has come with complications when I get outright turned away by multiple places because they hear "German car with electric problems" and steer clear. That's where Prime has come in to fill in the gaps. Not only have they confidently accepted the work I needed done, but in a respectful and communicative way that has beaten even dealership service. Mark and his team have proven themselves as professional and reliable, going above and beyond for me at points and with a price that has been lower than I would have estimated myself. They seem to give my car as much care as I have and for that they have earned their place as my go-to for repairs needed. I cannot recommend them enough.

The guys at Prime Auto are the real deal! $90 to look into an issue, and they dive deep! If you have them make the fix, $45 of that goes towards your bill. I had a follow up issue, and they fixed it fast. It included a belt replacement, which ended up stretching a little (normal to occur) after a couple of weeks. Stopped by and they tightened it right up! Mark, the very kind manager, is very quick to respond to all inquiries, and they just work quickly in general! I highly recommend these guys!

Was able to get an appointment for an alignment the very same day, they were very quick and knowledgeable, and honest enough to say that certain services aren't yet necessary instead of trying to push more more work. Great job!

My experience with Prime Automotive was great. Mark really looked out for me with the problems I had with my car. He allowed me to get the funds for the repair while my car was at his lot for a month. The work performed on the car was great, and he found other problems wrong with the car and informed me of them. That to me goes a long way, because some shops would fix the problem of the car which it has come in for. Then you would have to take the car back to the shop for something else that was seen while your car was getting repaired the first time. Overall, you have a satisfied customer.

My 1968 Saturn finally past on last year, but we were able to replace it with a 2005 Acura RL. We just had our annual service with Prime Automotive and the service was excellent. We got everything we needed done and it was very convenient. This is the place were we can trust for great service.

I recently purchased a used vehicle and wanted an alignment after getting new tires. Mark checked the car out and found it was still within spec and offered to just charge a small fee or dial in the alignment for the regular price. He is very honest, not many mechanics would do the same! I still went ahead and got the alignment done for peace of mind and he performed the work in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to bring my car here, I will be returning for my car service needs.
