In a world, automotive repair, where women are often taken advantage of I found a gem!! It was far from my home and cost me over $100 in Uber but was well worth the honest and fair treatment. I almost cried when I picked up my car. I wanted to pay for the amount that came in over estimate but the owner would not allow it! He stuck to his original estimate. I would use this business again and have shared their information with all my friends and family. I wish them much success. What a blessing!

I cannot express enough gratitude and high remarks for Prime Care Auto. Long review short, if you live near or in Dundalk, this should be your go to auto shop. They deliver high quality of work, fantastic customer service, and exceptional turnaround time. Since moving away from where my go to auto shop was, I was worried about finding a shop that was similar in being reliable, consistent, and trustworthy that I could take my car to that would give me the same results. Prime Care Auto delivers exactly that every time. Their turnaround time is great, their customer service is excellent, and their pricing is competitive (very reasonable too); you truly know they appreciate each and every one of their clients and they know what they’re talking about. These guys love what they do, and you can tell. Everyone is kind and knowledgeable. They make having repairs on your car as least stressful as it can be. They won’t try to upsell you on things you don’t need. They can explain the specifics about your repair, your car, and can break down what should be repaired now versus what can wait if needed. They also send videos & photos of the issue and the parts causing the issues so you are updated on the progress they are making and understand their findings and repair recommendations. Stellar communication. I feel like their work & customer service practices should be set as a standard for auto shops with everything they do right. I’ve taken my car here for an alternator belt repair, wheel bearing repair, brakes & rotor replacements, and every repair gets my car on the road again consistently. I recommend them to friends and family whenever I can, and will continue to use them for my car repairs too. I found them through their reviews, and I can say that without a doubt everyone’s positive feedback is extremely accurate. Do yourself a favor and use them for your car repairs.

If you are in need of regularly scheduled maintenance or major work of any kind on your auto I can't imagine another facility, no matter how large, could provide better service than Prime Care Auto. They have consistently provided excellent work to all of our vehicles, which are numerous and of varying makes, for several years. I would confidently recommend to anyone who needs minor or major work done on their automobile(s) that they take it to Prime Care Auto.

There is no better place to get work done on your BMW!!!! The owner always goes above and beyond to make sure you know what you paid for vs what you didn't have to pay for. To go along with their high quality work and service they were able to provide me with photos of what they did every step of the way. Truly feel like a part of the family when I'm here. I’d recommend this place. The perks of coming here are unrivaled. First, they were very quick to answer any phone call. Second, they had my car finished way before I expected Third, they take the time to show you images and videos of the work they’ve done to your car while in the shop. Let me tell you that picking up Prime Care Auto to repair our car was the best decision for us! They were communicating with us throughout the insurance appraisal process, and didn’t hesitate to give us their opinion about this repair. I liked their expertise in Germain cars! Overall, we had an amazing experience, and I will definitely recommend them for your auto repair!

Prime Care Auto did a great job servicing my 2016 VW Tiguan. Easy recommendation! The owner Siwan was incredibly kind and easy to work with. He kept great communication and transparency throughout the entire process. Anything that came up in the diagnosis he sent pictures/videos of with clear explanation as to what’s going on. He even sent links to specific parts, he said I could do my own research to show that their pricing is fair and accurate! Super refreshing experience to not feel in the dark while your car is getting work done! Couldn’t recommend enough! Will definitely be using them for any servicing needs!

I could have given more stars if there is such an option. Siwan and guys are very much talented, kind, young folks with deep knowledge on automobiles - esp German cars. They ll give you the option to choose parts - dealer approved or equally good, which cost a bit lesser than original. Very transparent with prices. Even he gave a few % discounts when I explained, saying I ended up paying a couple of grand this year for the car. I have already referred them to my friends, and I will continue to do so. Keep up your good work, folks 👍🏻

If you have a BMW that needs some work these are definitely the people you want working on it. Especially for a classic BMW. I was referred here from a friend, and I had done some research into what I needed done and it took 1 minute on the phone to confirm that they did in fact know what they were talking about and having picked my car up after the transmission service I am pleased to report their work is top notch. Im sure they do other cars besides BMW, but I can't say enough about their bimmer knowledge.

Honestly one of the best experiences I've had with a mechanic since I got my car. They were very transparent and communicative. The mechanic showed me exactly what the problems were with my car and recommended several options of how to fix them, including showing me how to do a small fix myself for no charge. I'd 100% recommend this to anyone

I am pleased with Prime Care Auto. I found this place on Google. I checked out the reviews and bit the bullet. Once I got there and spoke with Siwan, I was even more comfortable. He’s a knowledgeable BMW lover himself. I am glad to have found him and his team. PCA completed full bolt-on work on my N55, sparks/coils, thermostat, and water pump—all of which I felt was reasonably priced and done precisely.

I chose this repair shop last year to fix my daughter’s Honda Accord after a Honda dealer couldn’t seem to find the problem and Prime Care Auto LLC did, fixed it and there’s been no problems since. Fast forward to last week, I had my Jeep Cherokee towed there after it cut off and wouldn’t start. Through out the process I was called, texted, sent pictures and videos informing me of what was going on from start to finish. Even when I picked up my vehicle today I was shown the 2 old parts and what was broke, missing etc. The owner Siwan went above and beyond spending way more hours than I was charged for doing research, on the phone with Jeep to insure that my vehicle was going to be fixed with the right factory parts and fixed right the first time. That kind of dedication to a customer let’s me know that it’s not about making all the money you can make from a customer but to satisfy the customer with excellent customer service and reasonable repair prices. The biggest mistake I made was not wanting to wait a week for an appointment and I used another mechanic that was recommended by someone who didn’t fix the problem. In the future if I had to wait 2-3 weeks for an appointment that’s what I will do. From this day on nobody but Prime Care Auto LLC will do repair work on my Jeep. I live in Virginia, but my BMW left me stranded on I-95 in Maryland and I was lucky enough to have been referred to Prime Care. They towed my car, and handled a very major, engine-out repair. Throughout the process, the owner explained the planned procedures and kept me informed of progress. They were extremely thorough, very knowledgeable, and there were no surprises when it was time to settle the bill. I highly recommend them!

I was referred to Siwan and his shop Prime Care Auto, LLC by a mutual friend. My sister owns a W204 Mercedes Benz C-300. These cars suffer from rear subframe corrosion and my sister's car experienced a failure where the left control arm was starting to become disconnected from the subframe. This was a serious safety issue. I found another rear subframe assembly with control arms from a similar low-mileage junkyard donor car. Siwan and his staff were able to replace the corroded rear subframe and they also replaced corroded brake lines. They did all of this for 1/3 of what a Mercedes dealer would have charged. I highly recommend Prime Care Auto, LLC.

My 12-year old Lexus was due for a major service and I am also considering gifting it to a family member and wanted to ensure a clean bill of health. I did not want to return to the dealership with their rigid fixed price packages. I received top notch service here - everything was taken care of with proper parts used by Lexus, everything was explained in detail, and all at a much better cost. We will be returning soon with our other vehicle for scheduled maintenence. Five stars!

Siwan is by far the most exceptional mechanic i have ever come across. He is honest, transparent, and informative. I do not know much about cars and Siwan took the time to teach me things about my car and the work that it needed. He is extremely precise with his work and the quality really shows how much he cares. There’s no one else in the world I would go to other than him. Prices are fair and he cares about you. Him and his team took amazing care of me and my M3.

This is the best mechanic we've ever been to. I am always super anxious going to mechanics because of all the horror stories that I've experienced and heard at other places. Those feelings were completely mitigated by the level of communication that this shop had with us. From the point that we first called in to ask about bringing our Honda CR-V to the point where we picked it up, we knew exactly what we were walking into because they kept setting expectations and letting us know our options. We had an issue with our kick-sensor and were embarrassingly uninformed about a button that turns it off in the trunk. They could have easily pushed the button and charged us for the repair. Of course, that did not happen and we now know our car a little better. This experience and the level of communication really made us feel comfortable. We'll be coming here for all car repairs/maintenance from now on.

Came in to get my chrome-surrounded grilles swapped to all-black dual slot ones (see before/after pics). The work was done promptly, Siwan showed me pics of the grill housings before putting in the new ones. No clips broken, fast/efficient, and competitively priced. Will be returning, thanks Prime Care Auto!
