I came in with a flat spare tire on a busy day and Landon had it replaced within 10 minutes of arrival. Wow! He didn't have time to test my battery, but after my car wouldn't start because it was so bad, he made time and had a new one delivered and replaced within 20 minutes. I kept thinking I must have somehow time-warped back to pre-pandemic days when businesses actually cared about giving good service. Phenomenal shop, highly recommend.

Parents’ RV had an issue with their brakes, Todd was super accommodating and had them come in when convenient, and he promptly met them upon arrival and got to work on diagnosing. 45 minutes later, all set and fixed. Very fair, could not be more pleased with the interaction and outcome. Thanks guys!

We are living in our RV full time and needed some repairs. Todd and the crew took great care of us! Fixed what we knew was wrong and found and repaired a few other things that not fixed could have been catastrophic. I used to be an auto mechanic, they weren't just selling us extra stuff they were looking out for us and gave us a good deal on everything as well. Even worked extra hours in order to get us our home back as quickly as possible. I would recommend them to anyone needing auto repair work. They are a good and honest business that enjoys what they are doing and it shows in their work ethic and care for their customers.

I searched the area for 17.5 16 ply tires for my 5th wheel without any luck. One of the places I called told me to call Prime Tire Repair and I did. It’s rare that competitors refer business to someone else but was I very glad they did. Not only did they have the tires, they said they’d make room for me on their busy schedule to fit me in so I could leave as scheduled on my trip. I expected to get one tire fixed but after their inspection, all four tires showed weather cracks and with the road surfaces being so hot, they said it may not be safe to travel because of a blow out. I left Prime knowing more about tires and tire stress than I ever knew before. As my luck would have it, I was about 100 miles from my destination and felt a bumping feeling coming from the trailer at low speeds in the cities. My little class at Prime told me I had an issue and there was. One of the tires I just purchased had an area of delamination . I called Prime to tell them of what I found. Without hesitation, I was asked to find a dealer with any brand tire that was equal or better than what I had and have them call the dealership. I found one place that had the tire I needed and they called Prime. Prime took care of everything at no expense to me and I continued my trip with no other issues. It is so refreshing to know there are still companies that stand behind their products and service and care about the customer. I have just become one of those people like the business owner that told me, “check with Prime Tire” to highly recommend Prime Tire Repair to everybody I know.

I was working in St George for the week I needed a set of tires I called several tire shops then I called Prime, these guys were able to beat and give me better pricing they told me to be there at 3:45 I showed up with my truck, I've never had anyone change my tires and balance them this fast I was in and out of there with the new set of four tires in 25 minutes highly recommend these guys ! They were very professional,👍

My son's Jeep needed a new A/C condensor, not only did they quote us a fair price for the work estimate, they installed it today (literally within minutes of giving the quote) and had him rolling in less than an hour and 1/2. Very impressed with the immediate response and ability to do the repairs the same day. Thank you Prime Tire & Auto Repair! We will definitely use you again for any future repairs!

This place is the very best. Visiting St. George and had transmission problems on our truck. Was referred to Todd from the RV resort. The ford dealership could not see us for a month! Todd said to come down and he would look. He knew exactly what was wrong and even fixed our situation. We had also brought in a tire from our travel trailer that kept going low. Between Todd and his crew they found that we had a cracked rim. He suggested that we have our trailer tires and bearings checked because we had never done that. When we brought our trailer in they found that we needed bearings, drums and our suspension was extremely loose. He kept it for several more hours and fixed everything. This could have turned into a very serious situation for us but Todd and his guys fixed everything and we were able to get back on the road. I cannot say enough of these guys, not just their knowledge and professionalism, but their kindness and willingness to fit us into their busy schedule. I wish I could put them all in my pocket and bring them back home with me. Don't go anywhere else for your repairs when in St. George.
