Ordered on 11/22/24. It's now 12/06/24. I have not received the set of tires I ordered, and FedEx still says they haven't received them, although a label was created. Company sends canned responses to wait for the tracking to update and blames it on FedEx. Meanwhile, I can't drive my car. I ordered tires because I needed them. Next time I'll be ordering from tirebuyer.com again. Never had an issue with them and always delivered within 3 days. Cheaper isn't always better.

BUYER BEWARE! 0 stars. In July 2024, I was sold 4 tires that are from 7 years ago. Only reason I was made aware of this is because I got a nail in my tire and had to get it fixed. The Auto shop would not repair the tire due to the age of these tires as this is a liability. When I called to Customer Services the agent agreed that the tires should not have been sold and offered me $40 as a refund. This amount is only 10% of the purchase amount. When I asked for a Supervisor I was told they were “too busy” to take my call. Terrible customer service. Terrible tires. Im having to repurchase brand new tires. DO NOT BUY! Replying to priority tire response: I’m glad you admitted you sale old tires and do not hold yourself accountable.

I would give their customer service a 0 review if I could. I went online to look at tires. Never finished my order. Have a text message stating, I never finished my order. I go to my account. It shows I have no orders and they automatically shipped me in order and charged it on my credit. I contacted them. And the credit company with absolutely no results, I will now have to contact and open up a case with the Attorney General's office.

The seller won't take the responsibility for the defective 4 tires, saying that they're not responsible for the quality of tires, saying that I need to address all the quality issues to the manufacturer, Don't waste your money with this seller. We've purchased 4 tires from this seller thru the Walmart online ordering site, and the tires have only around 20000 miles on them, and the tire shop recommended that they already are dangerous to drive because the wear and tear.
