Luis and his mechanics are fantastic at what they do. My family and I have been going here for over 20 years and have had them work on 5 different cars. They always take the time to walk you through what’s wrong and talk about the different options for how to go about fixing the problems.

I will only take my car here. Luis is a great mechanic. He is very honest and does his job right. My car is always well taken care of. I would recommend everyone to come here for their car troubles and maintenance.

They were able to align my jeep when other shops could not due to my larger tires. I showed up at my appointment time and they got me right in, didn’t take long at all. Couldn’t be more pleased with their service.

Went for wheel alignment by appointment this AM, and the overall experience was wonderful. The wheel alignment station was open and ready for me as I drove into their location, staff were all great - very courteous and friendly. They worked quickly (even with rusty tie rods) and afterward they went over before and after toe changes and real-world driving applications, and allowed me to take pictures of the results. They even had the car facing out of the shop so that it's easier to drive out onto the street. On driving my car, alignment was spot on, steering wheel dead center, probably one of the best alignments I've had in the past decade. Appreciate you all!

I found this place because I needed to have a pre purchase inspection done for a vehicle in the area that I was looking to buy. Pro Align was able to fit me in, so I took the car here. I was so happy with their service that I decided to make this place my new mechanic. They recommended a bit of maintenance work on the car (which I bought, and absolutely love), so I asked them for an estimate. A couple weeks later, I took the car in for the recommended work, and they met the estimate they gave me. No surprises. Car stuff always feels like such a headache to me, but this place somehow made it all feel very straightforward, which really put me at ease. They’re such nice people too. Total fluke that I found this place, but I’m so happy that I did!

My brakes began squealing on the way to work. Turned around and drove my Honda to Pro-A-Line. Frank was there working by himself. Took my car right in and diagnose the problem. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Also appreciate how they stay in touch with the customer through texts. I’ll be back!

Had a good experience here twice for alignment. Would not hesitate to have them do other work in the future. Parking around the shop can be tight but on the plus side you can walk to Coronado Brewery while you wait.

Just wanted to thank Luis and Francisco for taking such good care of me. They performed an alignment on my vehicle today. I have to give them a 5-star review for the work and bill they gave me. I had very little time to get the alignment done ( I travel for work) and they took my vehicle in and serviced it today. The work was done quickly and professionally. I asked for an alignment. Instead of doing it right away and charging us a hundie or so, dude diagnosed it and figured my issue was a rear tire that Walmart was supposed to balance and missed. Tire was wobbly AF and not even at all. Told me to get it replaced and come back if the issue sticks. Charged nothing for his time

We have taken our cars to Mo for 20 plus years. Him along with Luis and the other guys are very trustworthy good people. We always recommend Pro Align to friends. And other family members have also gone here for years. Mechanics don't always know exactly what "that noise" is. But we always know that we aren't going to be taken advantage of here. As a women, I really appreciate Pro Align.

I drove from Valley Center (45 minutes away) to have my 2009 Mercedes E350 aligned with only 33k miles on it. I chose Pro Align because this is their primary work and they had a good price. After getting the alignment and driving over the weekend, I noticed very little improvement. Driving on any road, it still pulls right, the same as when I brought it in. I was told that for it to be any better it would be $200 additional. The workers were kind and I was able to get in right away. However, they knew that they were not able to make much of a difference. Yet, they stilled charged me full price. I now have to pay someone else to get it done correctly. Not happy!

This review is years overdue. I have been bringing my 2007 Nissan Xterra now for years for maintenance and repairs to Mo, after his Auto Shop was recommended to me by a family member. I had plenty of issues with my car over the years as I use it for my work and have been hard on it. Mo's technician team always finds the issues swiftly and repair it for long term use. Friendly customer service, the car is always done on time and all repairs, oil changes and additional check-up are excellent work. This is the most honest Auto Repair I have solicited since living in San Diego.They don't take advantage of you and make you spend money on unnecessary repairs. I now moved to North Park, but will always take the time to bring my business back to Bay Park Pro Align Auto Repair. The professionalism and quality service is top notch and I couldn't be happier.
