Amazing service. If you need any type of maintenance for your car come check out pro auto care. They did an inspection of my vehicle and were able to fix my fuel door and do oil/transmission oil change, and even a brake job for a great price!

I made a online appointment for a oil change, motor flush, coolant flush, trans flush, PTU and rear diff oil change, brake fluid flush, and new spark plugs. When I called in to confirm, they suggested to leave car in AM so they could perform all the work, each flush takes time and can't be done concurrently so I did. They recommended a GDI cleaning too. They tested my battery and stated that it was at 43%. I assumed they meant the battery tester said it had 43% of CCA after charge. They asked if I wanted to replace it. So I let them. They post their findings on portal online. The battery tester clearly says good battery - charge. I know that with all the options on my car and the start-stop can drain the battery more than usual and kill batteries faster ; but the tester said good battery. Of course I could not see this over the phone, next time I will ask them to text me the results. I felt led on for a add on to bill. My last cars battery only lasted 4 years, this one was over 4 years old so I knew it was almost time for a new one. So instead of waiting for it to die on me (no problems yet) I decided to replace it. Ford updated their coolant spec for my car, and instead of just looking at the color of my coolant and replacing it with the same spec color, they looked up the service bulletin and changed to new coolant spec. The Trans flush did not happen. They didn't want to do it because my vehicle doesn't have a serviceable filter. So they just did a drain & replace. I did clear the hard shifts though. They checked my brake fluid too and said it was good. I wanted to change it but the test strip said it was still good so it wasn't done. Will change it next time or with new brake service. My PTU takes a proprietary weight oil. The service receipt says they replaced it with the same weight. I guess the got it from the dealer. I don't know who else makes 75w85. I dropped off my car the night before so they can start early. They unfortunately didn't finish the same day. It was close but I had to pick up my car the next day. A small inconvenience to me but better for them not to rush at the end of the day and miss something just to close on time. My car runs smoother than before. I bought it used and the Carfax only showed oil changes. These services performed just gave me more peace of mind that it will last and reduce unforseen breakdowns. Overall they were thorough and informative throughout the process. I would recommend them for your automotive needs.

Wonderful experience! I worked with Briggs (who worked with my insurance) to get my car back in working order. He was incredibly helpful, talking time to explain things to me and let me know my options, and was great at following up and keeping me up to date on the timeline! They also worked hard to gently car done by Friday afternoon, so I wouldn't have to leave it there another weekend. Really appreciate the whole team at Pro Auto Care for taking care of me and my car and I'll be back for any future needs!

I was visiting from Texas and had an issue with the hood latch on my 2021 Ford Ranger not releasing or locking. There were also two error messages that needed to be diagnosed as well. I explained that we were scheduled to head back to Texas in two days and we were hoping to have the truck back in time to stay on schedule. The folks at Pro Auto Care were able to correct the problem with the latch, diagnose and correct the issue causing the error codes and have the truck back to us in time to head home on schedule. The two gentlemen that assisted me were very thorough in their explanation of charges and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I would trust Pro Auto Care with my vehicle service and repairs in the future.

Price gouging at its finest!!! Paid a labor charge of $280.00 for a small piece of rubber tubing to repair windshield wiper fluid failure, which is still leaking and was told after the estimate that I needed a new pump. Also charged me $55.00 for an oil dipstick, some ludicrous markup!!!

4 stars because the $180 diagnostic charge was not applied to the repairs of my vehicle like the dealership and most other mechanics do. However, they did let me know beforehand. Other than that, 5 stars on customer service, punctuality, professionalism, and the work in general. I would highly recommend using this shop. Just know beforehand that the $180 diagnostic fee will not be applied to repairs of your vehicle.

Briggs & his team have seen my car a couple times over the years & I have yet to be let down. From early morning drop-offs to late evening pick-ups, the PAC team has always been professional and taken the time to explain the work they recommend before starting to make sure everyone is equally informed to make the best call for their vehicle. Once complete, their work is truly top-notch. If you are looking for a trustworthy mechanic who will treat you fair and return your vehicle in a better condition than how you left it, PAC is the way to go - hands down!

I finally found a shop I can call crying instead of my Mom! Although he wasn’t the actual tech that fixed my car, Briggs was amazing. He was able to explain everything going on to help educate me about my car. Also helped me prioritize what I should do first & could afford. Then set up a decent timeframe/schedule for the rest to ensure not only my car’s health but my personal safety.

They will inform you of other maintenance needs but they let you decide If they are not critical. They take their time with each customer to answer all questions and to explain all repairs if asked.
