I decided to give Pro Auto Care a try for an oil change since I received an advertisement in the mail and they were near my office. They were nice enough to shuttle me to work. I swear my car runs better with fresh clean oil !!! Thanks to Jesse and the team at J-town location

I had an amazing experience at Pro Auto Care in Jeffersontown, and everything went perfectly. The facility is very nice and clean, and the staff is polite and attentive. What I appreciated most was receiving a detailed report on what was wrong with my car, which included pictures. I will definitely recommend this business to others.

We HIGHLY recommend! We have taken 2 of our 3 cars to them for oil change and standard service and they have been amazing! Very honest and trustworthy, don't try to sale you a bunch of stuff that you don't need. They even send photos to you of everything they check such as air filters, break pads, tire tread etc. They even give you a little bag of popcorn in your car when you leave and have drinks and snacks for customers inside while you wait. Everyone I've had contact with have been extremely kind, helpful and extremely friendly. Very clean and nice waiting area and clean restrooms, which you don't often get a mechanic shop. We will be customers for life!

If your plan on modifying your corvette, make sure you go through hunt and knight first cause if you don’t they won’t touch it. Brought my “modified” vette in for a slave cylinder repair and was told they would even look at the car. I needed 0 motor work done by them and they still refused, explain how that makes sense. The tr6060 in the car is the exact same as a stock c6 zo6, but I was still turned down. So you’re telling me if I had exhaust on my car you would refuse to work on it cause it’s modified already. The old man at the front has a rude demeanor. I heard good things about this place, but they are definitely at the bottom of my list now. Had to pay multiple hundred dollars for a tow truck to wiggle through their crowded parking lot to get my car out, where THEY TOLD ME TO DROP IT OFF. Can’t forget that I had an appointment for multiple weeks before hand and they knew that the car wasn’t stock. WASTE of my time and I’m glad I didn’t spend a dollar at this dump. Shoutout Kevin at AAA for the tow!!! If you need work done, hit up Murphys Customs about 2 minutes down the street front hunt and knight and they will treat you right. Shocks me you have a corvette on your building, but are scared to work on a corvette. The owner told me the reason is because modified cars need certain parts and if they mismatch them it causes problems. Not at all, I already have the matching parts and told him that, he refused. Terrible business, if you can be a successful buisness treating people like this, I need to start a business!!!!

I had so much hope with this place. Had a number of things to get done, one major repair in the group, and they didn't do it right. The place is full of classic cars, not too many bays to do modern car work, time lag is long, prices are high, and they don't seem to care if you're a customer. Find another place.

I have an older vehicle with a lot of miles. Hunt and Knight, diagnosed a couple of issues for me. We then had a great conversation on the pros & cons of repairing, replacing, or trying to manage the issues on the vehicle due its age and mileage. 100% would recommend Hunt & Knight.

2004 drivers power seat track replaced. Part not made by mfg. anymore, had to find from junkyard parts, very hard to find, first one did not fit, luckily found one elsewhere. They have the experience you can count on to fix your car, even when it takes extra effort to find parts. They did this for a good price and took great care of my car, it looked nice when all done, exterior and interior. If you appreciate nice and honest people you do business with, take your vehicle there, you will be glad you did!

Best mechanic I have found to date. Hands down, no competition. Fast, professional, and honest. My car is still on the road, and after 3 other mechanics couldn't fix it, they finally did. So if you're tired of searching for a fix, here you go. And way cheaper than I thought. Valarie is also a charm to talk to if you get a chance.

Hunt & Knight are true professionals at their craft. They are a caring company, because they care about the community they live and work in. They took my trailer in to look at even though it is not a normal item they work on. Mark made me feel like I was a long time customer from the time I walked in the door. This was my first time going to them and he has already won me over, I will be giving Mark and the team more of my vehicle needs.
