I was very happy with the service I received. Finley was very pleasant to work with. He kept me informed, I was offered a loaner car, my car was repaired that day and I felt the price was reasonable. So I would use this company again and would recommend to my family and friends.

Let me tell ya something...I'm done shopping for an auto shop. So far, I have had my oil changed. Here's the list of all the benefits you get...reserve your appointment on their app, receive all updates on app as well, you can get a loaner car so you don't have to miss work or sit around for a long period of time, upfront pricing on any additional equipment you want to get checked out, full inspection of the car, top off all fluids, and of course change the oil. Things you don't get, black finger smudges on your door handle & hood and NOT on your steering wheel. You don't get a long list of emergency must-dos or your car with die that are a bunch of bs. Guess what they did when they didn't have to, replaced my key fob battery-FREE, gave me a smelly good air freshner-FREE and vacuumed my floor- FREE and threw in some kindness-FREE!! Thank you Pro Auto Care! You went above and beyond!!

Pro Auto Care was outstanding, got my oil changed and an honest list of what needs are for upcoming maintenance. Renaldo shuttled me back to work when I dropped off. Very nice staff! When I came to pick up it was a pleasure to have my To Do list mapped out for me and not pressured into getting things done ASAP. It was great to know I found an automotive service center that is close to my work, affordable, HONEST and very friendly. I would recommend them highly!! Thanks guys, you made it easy on me and my bank account :)

I chose to contact Pro Auto Care after reading the reviews and checking out their website. They are located on my way to work and locally owned so I made the decision to call them and set up an appointment for them to look at my brakes. From that phone call, friendly and informative, to picking up my car after it was serviced, my experience was outstanding. The entire process, including a loaner car, was seamless. Everyone was professional, and … well I could go on and on. Could I have shopped around and gotten it “cheaper”? Probably. But my experience with them supported why they’ve been in business for over 30 years. So, the difference I may have paid? Worth every penny.

I just had my tires replaced and new shocks as well. The car had a slight delay in accelerating and they diagnosed it quickly and resolved the issue too! If that’s not enough they loaned me a car so I could keep my interpreting appointments! It was a team effort at Pro Auto Care in Middletown and my car was ready by the end of the day! I will always take my car there for first for an honest quote. Shout out in particular to Finley & Mike👊🏽
