You can either approve or deny the service from there - very efficient in my opinion! I trust Jimmy's advice based on his many years of experience. -Henry

I just bought a used 2012 Scion XD, and was a bit nervous about the condition and needs of the car. Pro Import did everything it needed and were great to work with. I have bounced through a few mechanics in the area, but none have been as good as them! I just dropped off the wife’s Subaru this morning because I think I found our go to mechanic. Thank you Pro Import for the work you’ve done and making me feel confident to leave my car with y’all.

I had called 10+ mechanics in Denver to find someone who would be willing to fix theft damages to my car. It took a year before I found this place. They were not only willing, but they wanted to help me out. The prices are fair and the process went smoothly. Every time an issue came up they confronted it head on. They're an honest, respectful, and hardworking group. I'd recommend them to anyone living in Denver if they have car troubles.

I use a local garage to keep our 2005 Odyssey in tune, but for major work, I go to Pro Imports 22 miles away. Make a reservation and they’re ready. Never get the feeling they’re “squeezing you in“. If they need extra time to do the job right, they ask for it; and the original quote is honored. Never had to take back. Polite and patient.

I have been using Pro- Import for 8 years. I have brought multiple cars to them ranging from a Toyota 4runner to an Acura Tsx. Each and everytime they do such a great job. They are also very respectful of your time as well as strong with communication. There is never any “ surprises” with them. It’s hard to find an honest shop sometimes , Pro Import makes this easy because their high standards . I learned the hard way that the dealership is not the best at all. Do yourself a favor and go to Pro Import PS- The lady below doesn’t know what she’s talking about .

I was very selective on where to take my Honda s2000 and I should’ve been more selective. I took my car here last year for a simple oil change right after having the car cleaned. They spilt oil down the side of the car. Which really made me mad but not a huge deal. But the real problem is that I’ve since had oil leaking and a rattling in my engine. I found out that they didn’t put the oil cap back on. Not only that but they left it in the engine. So now my collectible car has oil all over the engine and has been leaking until I figured out what happened. Small mistake but it shouldn’t have happened. Especially when I was being very selective on where to take my car to avoid these problems. Guess if you want something done right you have to do it yourself!

I've been a customer for 10 years. I bring my vehicles to Pro Import because their customer service is incredible, and I know I can trust them to fix any issue for a fair price. They respond quickly to my inquiries and issues, they listen to and address my concerns, and they follow up to make sure that my car is running well and that I'm satisfied with their work. I have no reason to go anywhere else.

The team at Pro Import Denver yet again went above and beyond with my needs. Advised me on which brakes would suit me best as well as did a full vehicle inspection making sure there were no other issues. All work was done within 24 hrs and I couldn’t be happier! Can’t recommend them enough.

Efficient and thorough service! I recently visited Pro Import for an oil change on my 2016 Lexus NX300h and was charged a very reasonable price. I was impressed by the full report they sent to me before I picked up my vehicle and paid. It showed every aspect of my car and how the condition is. Amazing! Highly recommend!

I had my brakes, shocks, struts, alignment, oil change, and 90,000 mile maintenance repairs done at Pro Import. The best part of the experience was the constant communication and professionalism. I didn't feel like they did anything which didn't need doing. They got my vehicle repaired as quickly as possible and were up front about everything. Since the repairs, my car is running great. I would definitely get my vehicle serviced here again.

I'm really surprised to see all these 5 star reviews. I brought my 2009 Venza in for a "road trip" check and they wanted to charge me $93.32 to change the Cabin Filter. The filter costs about $20.00 which means they were charging me $73 for labor. It literally takes 5 minutes to take the Cabin Filter out - I know, I did it myself with the help of my husband. He couldn't believe they wanted to charge me $73 in labor. I see all these 5 star reviews but I have to wonder if it was me as a lone female or what. I brought my car to another shop to have them do the same work Pro Import recommended at a much lower cost. Their charge for a cabin filter replacement would have been $29.95. My friend paid $29.95 also to have her cabin air filter changed on her Subaru. Not to mention that they told me I needed to have my Struts replaced and I had them replaced two years ago. It's pretty shocking to bring your car in for a check up and they tell you need $9000 worth of work done when I didn't have any issues with the car, and still don't. I agreed to have them do the brakes and an oil change but only because their "report" said I really needed my brakes done and, of course, you need to have your oil changed. I really miss Dave's Automotive.

These guys were great to work with! I asked them to take a look at my lower control arms before I got it aligned to see if they would move or not. They didn't charge me to take time out of their busy schedule and I really appreciated that. I came back after they confirmed the lowers weren't seized and had them do almost a grand worth of work to my tacoma. These guys treated me great and I'll be back in the future!

What drew me in first was all the other positive reviews. I'm glad I did. They not only diagnosed what was the issue(s) then provided me with a detailed quote, pricing, and options. Then they finished the work in less time than I thought they would need. All in all a great experience. Will definitely return if I need to (hopefully not, but you never know)

Update: I have been coming here for about ten years now and I can’t say enough. Their integrity is uncommon. I’ve seen the number of female customers grow here and that says a lot. Jimmy and Ron are awesome! They are diligent and trustworthy and I won’t be going anywhere else even though I live in Parker now. You’re in good hands.
