Pro Oil Change and Car Wash

Terrible… (en español más abajo) I took my car to change the oil and they didn’t secure the under the engine protector properly. it came loose and it broke. This part just cost me $200. It also occasianted damage to the actual body of the car where this part is fixed to… Also I did the cleaning of the car. Pretty impressive and extremely good price. However a day later I noticed the power mirror switch knob was loose and it doesn’t work anymore. Possibly it got damaged while the were cleaning the door. Hard to say but most likely it was them… another 50$ and 450$ in labor to get the door out to replace the little part… In total 700$ I just spent to fix everything they broke… wow. Terrible. Lleve mi carro a cambiar el aceite. No aseguraron bien el protector de debajo del motor. Se ha caído y roto. Me ha costado 200$ la nueva parte. También me limpiaron el coche. Al día siguiente me di cuenta que la ruleta del ajuste de los retrovisores estaba suelta. Supongo que los chicos que limpiaron el coche por dentro la rompieron. La pieza me ha costado 50$ y 450$ en mano de obra de sacar la puerta. En total me he gastado 700$ reparando mi carro… wow

Advertised price is $53.99 + tax but they charge $56.15 + tax. They also advertise oil change & car wash but you have to pay $15 extra for wash when their other location is free with oil change. Won’t come to this one anymore. Let’s set proper expectations please.

Llegue por mi cambio de aceite "gratis" y casualmente no era mi momento. Antes era a 5 cambios y llevo 6. Tramposos.

El día 02/11/2024 visité este lugar para cambiar el Aceite a mi auto y como sorpresa número uno el cambio de aceite costó 95 dólares solo el aceite ni siquiera le rellenaron otros líquidos , sorpresa número dos me llenaron de aceite todo la parte de afuera de mi auto y también lo dejaron todo embarrado por dentro , número 3 al dejar el auto en casa aparcado en la mañana me llevo la sorpresa de un charco de aceite en mi garaje también dejaron el filtro suelto 🤦‍♂️ la verdad no recomiendo este lugar no hay nada de profesionalismo y para los precios que manejan te sale mucho mejor ir a talleres como Firestone o algo más reconocido 1 de 10

Terrible experience. They overcharged me($193). As I pulled out, my car alerted me that they overfilled my car with oil and almost blew my engine. An absolute nightmare and they still haven’t fixed it. Do not take your car here, avoid completely!

Forgot to put wiper fluid even though its included in the service i paid for. Paid $102 for flush and synthetic oil to be put. Over priced

Got in and out fast. But they don't speak good English and don't really seem knowledgeable on oils and blends for certain vehicles, especially for diesels. I paid $222 for my diesel, 13quart capacity, and they almost gave us blended oil instead of full synthetic. The oil they "changed" caused my oil cooler to fail. As soon as I got close to 1000 miles, after this oil change, it was leaking everywhere.. Also, I'm not sure if they check our other fluids and topped them off like they claim. Annnnnd I never got the free carwash that was "included." Would of much rather preferred going to Valvoline for an oil change with the price I paid and the service I got...

Liked the oil change but I never see them doing the package deal where they do not check the air preasure as it is stated on the package And today I called to ask how much to put breaks on and I was told 300 like wtf are they serious?!

Fui por un lavado de mi auto, el lavado estuvo ok, nada del otro mundo, los empleados fueron relativamente amables y pacientes. El problema fue que necesitaba lavar la alfombra de mi auto por que tenía agua de lluvia, me cobraron 60$ por un “shampoo” que honestamente no vi que lo hicieran y tampoco se nota ni a la vista, ni al olfato. Pague 20$ por el lavado y 60$ por el “shampoo”, 85$ en total. De igual manera dejé propina a los empleados por que fueron amables. Pero básicamente salí de ahí con la sensación de que me estafaron, honestamente no volvería ni tampoco lo recomendaría.

Publicidad engañosa no te lavan el carro con el cambio de aceite el tipo a la salida no me dejó ni cerrar la puerta, gente peligrosa y agresiva. I would like to file a complaint regarding the service I received at this establishment. The advertising led me to believe that a car wash would be included with the oil change service, but this was not the case. Additionally, the behavior of the staff was unacceptable. The person who handled my departure did not allow me to close my car door, which was both intrusive and unprofessional. Moreover, the staff exhibited aggressive and threatening behavior, which made me feel unsafe. I hope that you will address these issues to prevent future customers from having a similar experience.

👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 I wish I can leave 0 star!If you don’t speak Spanish don’t go there!Horrific service ,ignorance and not even trying to use I phone for translation from their side.10 days ago got oil change done+air filter change.My car ,Mazda 6 2021 was very noisy,when pressing the gas ever since the professional service…..I went back in my next day off to figure out the issue with the professionals…Well..after one guy taking a ride hearing the issue they checked to see the problem and it was the air filter box not closed.So Sorry they say.New filter bla bla …Only wait 5-10 min..After 30 walked around the shop area to see my car driver door wide open and two front windows open..No one working on the car…Filter coming from other location they say in seriously broken English.Oh I am so glad to be aware of that!!!LOL. 10 days ago they put a larger filter (maybe that’s what was handy ,but it can’t even close) and today total ignorance from absolutely everyone like I am donating my time to them after spending more than $100 and have nothing to lose to do on my day off on a Sun.Really horrific experience and I am not even done with the complains!

Cambié el aceite en este local de Flagler y 22 av el sábado 22 junio y 10 minutos más tarde al salir del lugar mi carro empezó a sonar mal, tuve q llevarlo al BMW dealer y ahí encontraron que me botaron el housing cover cap, Que Va en el filtro del aceite lo compré y listo pero me causaron un daño de estará costo $250 que no me Pagaran. Tengan cuidado con este sitio.
