I took my Toyota there a year ago for my a/c. He checked for leaks, but it only needed coolant. Reasonable price and great customer service.

Mavis told me I had a coolant leak, told me to come back. Instead I went here to pro tech from the advice of a friend and I was happy I did. They checked for leaks but no leaks were found, so they filled me up and didn't charge me. I Was happy to tip the guy who checked and happy not to pay for a leak repair. Will definitely come back for other services should I need. Thank you!

We were recommended by a friend who brings his jeep here. Lance was reasonable and quick in doing a diagnostic on the jeep and determining the issue. We dropped off the jeep at 7 am and had the car back by 2 pm. Lance was able to determine the issue, order the part, and repair all in the same day. It would have been more expensive going to the jeep dealership and probably not as thorough. We are thankful to Lance for the repair and are considering coming back to him for regular maintenance.

I took my 1988 Ford Crown Victoria LTD 3 times in this here place for the same problem and they didn't fixed it. Charged me $485 for a part (distributor) that I did not need it, ( I had just put new distributor in another place 3 days before bringing my car at Pro Tech Automotive.) I was charged diagnostics also, and yet, I had the same problem. This guy has no clue about mechanics but knows very well what he wants. First time I was told, ''need catalic convertible $1800.'' Second time I was told, ''need fuel pomp $500.'' 3rd time was told, that, ''I need to check my transmission as soon as possible $4800.'' In the end, I took my car to a reputable place in town and found out that I had loose sparkplugs, and worn-out sparkplug-wires. My car did not need distributor! So much for his diagnostics. Yup, this dude knew what he want it as in $, but had no clue what was wrong with my car. Stay away from this ''greedy hustler.

I cannot be more satisfied with the service I received at Pro-tech Automotive. As a woman it’s oftentimes hard to find a mechanic that will not try to take advantage. I went in thinking I needed all sort of repairs per another mechanic. I explained my concerns to Lance before having my car towed over, they inspected my vehicle and he called shortly after to tell me I just needed a new battery. They could have taken advantage of me which is unfortunately commonplace in this industry. They only charged me the price of the battery. They will have my business for life. ✨

Brought my Toyota van to coggin and they wanted 2k to fix. I brought it to PT and it wasn't the AC at all, but they tuned it up and some other stuff and I walked out of there at a very small fraction of that price. No nonsense auto repair. My new mechanic

I’ve been using this shop for maybe twenty years now. They have always done a great job at a fair price. I moved away, but still drive all the way down to Sunbeam when I need car work because I trust Lance.

Lantz is great and will not try to sell you services and or products that aren’t actually needed. He’s also always answered any and all questions I’ve had about some car issues whether or not I ultimately brought my car in or not. Top notch mechanic in my book.

Had 2 oil changes and full brake job, and front brake job done here, in reasonable time frame each time. Knowledgeable, prices reasonable for work. Have not had issues with work done, thus far. Seems fair and honest.

I had a wonderful experience with Lantz Herman! After I was having major issues with my Mazda 3-I, my Uncle and Aunt highly recommended him. Him and his staff sought out the problem in no time and fixed the issues accordingly! His prices are very reasonable, and him and his staff are very thorough with their work. I highly recommend him and will always go to him when experiencing automotive issues for now on.

I talked to a gentleman on the phone and had many questions, never even came into the shop and he knew I wouldn't be. Still took the time out of his day to have a genuine conversation with me and answered all of my questions.

Lantz and team replaced my AC condenser due to a hole (leak) at a reasonable price. AC going strong and cold now. Lantz was also very helpful, first time here and I will definitely be back for any other car issue but still hopefully not any time soon.

Took my 2013 Nissan Xterra in for a sensor issue and also to have a few other things looked at. Lance and team were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. I can't speak highly enough about Protech and its owner Lantz. In my personal.dealings I have found Lantz to be honest and honorable. He watches your budget almost as carefully as his own and is not one ro replace parts willy nilly My 2019 Impala (Elizabeth to her friends) Is maintained meticulously by Protech and is as young and playful as the day she rolled off the assembly line despite some neglect by a previous owner. Protech is always busy you're going to need an appointment and be prepared to leave your car, first come first served

Lance and the team at ProTech are awesome. I have used them several times over the years and he has always been polite, professional, and trustworthy. The most recent visit was a pretty big overhaul. I never questioned his diagnostics and he found a couple of additional items that were repaired and he priced the additional work fairly. A past experience happened when we were in the midst of trading in a car. We had to put new CV joints in the one that we were going to keep. He advised us to keep the other vehicle and we have always appreciated his knowledge and foresight. I recommend my personal and professional friends to use ProTech. They have always come back very satisfied. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Lantz is the most honest guy I've ever met, He will go above and beyond to make sure you get what you need done and done right the first time, and stand behind what he did for you, I will not go to anyone else, sometimes you do have to wait a bit to get your car or truck in but it is worth it.

Wish I could give them 10 stars!! If you are looking for good HONEST mechanics at a reasonable price this is definitely the place to go! Took my car for repair at Protech because the dealership wanted to charge me $1700.00 for repair and they quoted me $600.00. Since their reviews were good, I thought I would give them a try and I am sure glad I did! Dropped my car off and Lantz called me later and told me I didn't need the repair the dealership told me I did. They could have just charged me the $600.00 and not did anything to my car and I would not have known the difference. In this day and age it's hard to find a good honest mechanic. I am so GRATEFUL for their honesty, integrity and wonderful customer service! ALL my future repairs and any routine maintenance on my car is going to them for now on because I know they will not take advantage of me and will give me the best price and service period! I am also recommending them to everyone I know who needs a good honest mechanic. Thank you Lantz at Protech!! :)
