My teenage daughters car had broke down, and we weren’t sure exactly what was wrong with it. She purchased a car on her own and was going to pay for all repairs on her own so finding someone honest and reasonable was imperative. We were referred to James at Pro Am. He met us to drop the car off, listened to everything we told him and kept constant communication with what he found. He made sure we knew down to the last penny exactly what we would be charged for each repair. We were so impressed and appreciative of the care he took for my daughters car. It’s been almost a month and no further issues! She is estastatic to have a working vehicle again!

I truly enjoy my visit to Pro-AM Garage, and my car was fix with no additional worries, I truly recommend James, I called him on Thursday ask him about fixing my gear shift, I offered to bring it in on today so he could see what I was talking. He took a look at the new one to replace the broken gear shift button, he ask me to leave my car and he will give me a call. I will be back. Thanks so much

I have a Lexus ES350. Car vibrated whenever you stepped on the gas when I drove it on the highway. Took it to my regular mechanic which I have been using for the last 8 years or so. I also feel like they overcharged me. Claims that the issue was fixed, it was far from that. It actually got worse. It was vibrating even when driving local. I took it to Pro-Am. I was referred to him. Got my car in and out. Repairs were done fast, and more importantly done right. Pricing is on point. Highly recommended! They will be the one I use from now on.

I’m long overdue to write a review about the professional and honest work at Pro-Am Garage. Finding a mechanic is almost on the same plane as marrying a soulmate lol. I knew James Se was the one when I brought in my truck years ago for regular maintenance. Being Toyota certified we went down the list of what the dealership forces you to service/fix/replace vs what is truly necessary. Every service or repair by James gives you a feeling of trust and safety knowing you won’t be stranded on the side of the road somewhere. Most recently my 2012 Tundra needed the water pump, heat exchanger and chain tensioner replaced. These are some of the most difficult deep engine repairs and most mechanic shops won’t even touch it. Within a few days my 210k mile Tundra was purring like the day I first drove out of the dealership. Highly recommend Pro-Am Garage for every day drivers, weekend rock crawlers and Gran Tourismo enthusiasts. Thank you James.

James got my vehicle in super quickly, same day, when no other shops around could. He had experience working on the same type of vehicle I have, and was able to fix a lot of the issues I was having. He was really friendly, and set up times in the future to do more work on my vehicle. Definitely will and already have recommended this shop to people I know!

I don’t live nearby or I would come here every time. By an amazing coincidence with us being in the city, I got a flat driving by and I pulled in there. At first I was glad it was a car shop but then I realized they were closed because it was Sunday. Well it just so happens that the owner came by on his day off and helped me out. He put on a spare for me on his day off and turned an awful day into a great one. Thank you

Have been to Pro-AM three times now. Two exhaust installs and a downpipe install. The people at the shop are very friendly, knowledgeable, skilled, and professional. They have taken great care of my car and kept me updated with everything that happens. They go above and beyond to take care of you and make sure you are happy with the quality of work. Very nice shop and waiting lounge. It’s a great place to get service done on your vehicle! I’ve been very happy with them and I recommend them! Great shop and fantastic people. I brought in my 2015 Subaru Outback to get my brakes replaced. James was professional and super easy to work with. He did quality work and was upfront about aftermarket vs. OEM pricing options. I'd recommend him and his shop to anyone in the area.

You know how you go to a mechanic and you wonder if they are legit? Pro-AM is definitely legit. James explains everything to you and provides honest diagnostics. Prices are very reasonable and you leave feeling like the car was taken care of correctly.

James was very quick to respond to me while I was looking to get an estimate. His communication was also great while letting me know when my car would be ready to pick up. I brought my car in for 100k service handling several important fluid changes and other checkups. He had a waiting area available as well which is nice for services where he can get you in and out quickly. I will plan to bring my wife’s car when she’s due for service.

Pro-Am garage did a great and honest job with my Acura and my Honda there. Had the shocks/struts changed there, brakes fixed, and timing belt serviced there. Will be taking my cars there for all future needs and will be recommending all of my family and friends to have their vehicles serviced there.

i have a SLK 230 oil pan changed by Pro AM last week. i talked to two other different mechanic shop in town and they do not want to take the job cause there involve with lot of labor to change the oil pan for this type of car. which need to take off the lower control arms and lift the engine up a little before you can get in to the oil pan, Mercedes dealer said takes at least 6 hrs job for this. anyway, i took it to Pro Am, Jame's the owner of Pro Am was very nice and patients to explained to me why take lot of labor for this type of job for this model. i sure save lot of moneys by letting them fix it than taking to the dealer. very professional done. Thank you Jame. i will highly recommend anyone to try out Pro Am.

Finally found a great auto shop! They are knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They were able to repair separate issues and have my car up and running same day for a reasonable price! I would recommend them to anyone!

These guys are awesome! First, cleanest shop I've ever seen. They changed out my brake pads and rotors, same day. As a woman, I've been talked to by a lot of places like I'm clueless, but these guys talked to me like a person and never made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. They're also the nicest guys you've ever met. Just super personable and communicative. Very impressed. They've gained a customer for life! Thanks guys! You took a stressful thing and made it a breeze, and I can still afford to eat for the rest of the month!

I've had James work on 2 vehicles, a Mazda and a Subaru. In both cases I was really happy with the service. James was able to diagnose and repair the issues. The prices were as advertised, no surprises. Totally recommend Pro-AM.

These guys did a excellent job on a engine swap on my GTR. I definitely would recommend this shop to anyone. Jame’s knowledge on cars is unreal, he’s a very honest and fairly priced.
