I just moved to Louisville and needed to find a new auto place. My dad has always worked on my vehicles so when I told him about my first phone call with Dan, he told me he liked him, I knew I didn’t want to call around anymore. I had originally called Probilt for an estimate on my suspension. Instead of giving me an estimate, Dan suggested I bring my truck in so he isn’t blindly giving me a price when he hasn’t seen my truck yet. Fair. He did the work he needed to to get the truck running properly again, then provided me a document with all the suggestions of the work that needed to be done. Fair prices and all around just very thorough. Being a female and going to an auto shop, you never know how you’ll get treated. The Probilt team was wonderful. My truck runs better than when I first bought it! I will definitely be back.

I had a great experience with my tire repair at Probilt Automotive Services. My first visit was in 2019 and when I needed tire repair early this week I immediately thought of the timely service, the professionalism and how they put me at ease upon my arrival. I was a little upset at first about the price, but that's everywhere nowadays. I needed a differential pinion seal and bearing, a called a few places before probably, all turning me down because it was differential work. I have to say, they did it right and went a little above having to order the seal because my car is 20 years old, definitely will use them again

What can I say that hasn't already been said. Probilt automotive hooked me up with awesome service. They repaired my 2003 Yukon with brand new break lines from front to back! I'm so happy Dan and the guys provided great service I will be using them going forward. Thanks probilt automotive.

Would NOT recommend! Place is a complete joke, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. Took my vehicle in there to have them figure out what was going on with my 4x4 sticking. After 4 days of not hearing anything from them I get a text with the diagnosis...says needs new brake light, windshield wiper exc. Things that they didn't even need to be looking at, so I called them and the lady said they haven't figured it out and they would need another hour of time to fix it and asked if I wanted to pay another $150... Of course I didn't want to but I agreed. After another week and a half I finally got a phone call and they told me they THOUGHT it was a sensor. I told the lady over the phone if that didn't fix my issue I wasn't paying for it. After another week of waiting on the sensor it came in, they installed it, and it wasn't the fix. They spent another whole week of not communicating with me and then called and told me they thought it was my crankcase motor, I knew they were lying because I had just replaced it and it was brand new, I asked them to bench test it and they started getting all shady. All this place does is hook a code reader up to your vehicle and guess about what is wrong with it, the mechanics are not knowledgeable at all. After 3 weeks I was fed up and asked for my vehicle back, they tried charging me over $400 (for what) the vehicle was in the same condition it was when I took it in there and they couldn't tell me what was wrong with it? I had to raise hell just to get them to give me my keys back and not charge me anything. They try to screw you out of money anyway they can, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. CAN'T SEE HOW THIS PLACE IS STILL IN BUSINESS.
