If I could do 0 stars I would this place is a joke they delayed the pickup of my car for almost 3 weeks. The first time we went expecting the car to be ready they told us it was gonna take a couple more days. After that the second time we went hoping to pick up the car the paint job was total garbage with dents and dings in the paint, we told them this and they said they were going to fix it. The last time we went and finally picked up the car we were left with a mediocre job at best. I expect a better job if it takes me going 3 different times to try and pick up my car, and when I finally pick my car up the job is not nearly as good as it could be. I don’t recommend.

Very inexperienced. Screwed up the paint on my car. There was overspray on areas of the car & the car wasn't even supposed to be painted but they decided they wanted to paint the whole car & because of that, there were new issues. Window seals were pinched, they claim they didn't do it, oh really. Pictures of the whole car were taken before taking the car to them but they claim they didn't do it, of course you did & those issues only happened because you repainted the car which you weren't suppose to do. A garnish was broken but they tried to make it fit & didn't think anyone would notice, when they installed the hood, one fitted correctly but the other side had a noticeable gap but of course it was installed & didn't think anyone would notice it. The car had paint runs, I guess they didn't think anyone would notice that either. Too much stuff to name really. Anyone tht goes to this place, make sure you do your research first, SERIOUSLY PLEASE & take as many pictures you can before taking your car. These ppl are inexperienced & have no business doing body work on other ppl's cars. Shouldn't even be in business. If anyone has any questions, just reach out & I will gladly provide you the details..

Bad experience..my vehicle still not 100%..damages to a nearly brand new vehicle they claimed they didn't damage..wish they didn't repaint my vehicle without my permission

Worst shop ever i was charged for parts that was not put on my car paint don't match they had to do it over after almost three months supposed to be ready tomorrow im sure its a terrible job again i was not put in a rental and mr Grafton knew it wasn't my fault they broke something on my car tried blaming me when I have before and after pictures i was never contacted i always reached out my car was never cleaned up when it was time for me to pick it up paint runs everywhere scratches on the side that wasn't getting repaired i was told that a quarter panel was 3 grand when he only spent 450 and he is very unprofessional a used tail lamp when he was giving enough on the estimate to buy new parts i wouldn't recommend this shop on a pinto he didn't walk me around the the car until I showed him where the flaws were bad business please don't be a victim

They did a great job on my Rogue. From beginning to end of the repairs, I was kept updated on the progress. Angela has excellent customer service skills. She went above and beyond to make sure that everything was taken care of. I would recommend Prodent Collision.

Only reason he gets 1 star is because I cannot do 0 stars. Pic of my car in late November after having been received in September. The other pic is my car in early December only hours after being picked up from total loss company - which has a public website so you can see the conditions upon receipt. He to this date still refuses to pay back any of the $1300+ received. He claimed to have fixed that wheel, repaired hood, completed the bumper, etc... yes, I have evidence of my claims-plenty. It was eventually totaled out, as it was due to the last minute add on of a part not 'discovered' until December, the total amount previously paid along with rentals and inaccurate information provided to the insurance company when they could get in touch. As a result, he charged storage fees (look at how well it was kept-total sarcasm), for parts - that were returned only days after having been received, administration fees -but couldn't find my folder and during the time there kept forgetting my vehicle and giving (his secretary) incorrect information, and service done for service not done. Note: I would not review as such without verifiable evidence to include witnesses. I glanced at Google before choosing him but wished I had read the BBB reviews along with Yelp- almost mirror images. Keep in mind, the formula for reviews and the opportunity for 'fake' posts to change the formula so do not be easily swayed, as I admit I was. Perhaps if you are not using insurance, then it may be cool, but if you are, beware and ask your company about the establishment. I presume he will soon be blocked from some big companies for fraud. Again, I have evidence that WILL be presented in court- since he refuses to acknowledge his ill will and just pay what is owed. I am sure he or one of his loyal followers will reply and I welcome it...again, I will not say anything I cannot back up with proof. I gave him ample opportunity to rectify the situation before even doing the review.

Angela was awesome , excellent customer service. Speed was very quick. Brought my Lime Green Camaro in 12/26/2023 and was out on 12/27/2023 noon. Grafton the manager was the great with communication about the quality Prodent Collision Center offers, I am amazed! Everyone can’t do the job , but Prodent Collision Center did it!!!! Very happy customer and would recommend 10/10 to anyone Here’s the BEFORE AND AFTER picture as proof! :)
