Lance is a great, helpful, and responsive when it comes to vehicles in his shop! Absolutely going to keep coming here for my Volvo repairs/maintenance. Fast turn around time to look at my car too. I’m extremely pleased for their work and saving me money.

Lance is the owner of the shop. I’ve known him for more than two years. He is friendly, easygoing guy and most of all he is very professional, reliable and always thinking on the customer side to get a better result. I really appreciate he and the team taking care of my car and I will strongly recommend this auto repair shop with very accessible location, excellent service and much affordable price to my friends or anyone who may need help with their cars. Lance truly went above and beyond to help repair my car / perform an oil change. I cannot speak highly enough of him. I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome of using Professional Auto Repair- which is an extremely unusual experience when picking up your car from the shop. Because of Lance and his kindness, I will be a customer for life. I would highly recommend using Professional Auto Repair to anyone and everyone.

I would be mindful of the up charge here I had my car towed to them. When I talked to them on the phone, they said they would check with me before doing anything and if my car was unable to be fixed they charge me $60 for the estimate. When the price of $700 to get my sparks fixed seemed very high, I requested to get my car towed as my dad wanted a second opinion. When I informed them of this, it was now $120 for me to get it off their property. When asked why, the man got upset and explained they had done work checking everything, even though I originally was informed this would be $60. It seemed like a bitter petty move charging me that because I wanted to go somewhere else. Would not recommend. Also the man on the phone was extremely condescending and mixed me up with his other customers cars and their car issues. EDIT: I see the company’s response which I understand. However, the issue is the principal of telling someone an amount and then all of sudden changing it. This company should be honest about the amount they will charge in the future, then telling a customer an amount and then changing it without approval, when that customer chooses to go somewhere else.

At least stick to your business hours so I don’t waste my time getting a ride here to pick up my car to find out you’re now closed early on a normal business day. Now I have to go without my car the whole weekend? Edit: I was able to reach Lance after business hours and he agreed to meet me at the shop so I can get my car back for the weekend. That was helpful but I still wasted money on Uber/Lyft to and from the shop which frustrates me.

My car needed new spark plugs on a tight timeline due to upcoming travel I had planned. After calling a few shops that weren’t so accommodating, I tried Professional Automotive Repair and I’m so glad I did. Lance got my car in and diagnosed same day and it was ready for pickup early the next morning so that I could get on the road. The communication was great, price was fair, and my car is running like new. I’m so thankful for these guys and definitely recommend this shop!

Professional Automotive Repair is an excellent garage! Lance took care of my vehicle. He was able to schedule my appointment and service my vehicle in the same day. Very honest and straightforward about what was, and wasn’t needed to keep my Volvo running well. Definitely recommend.

We were leaving Atlanta to go home to Raleigh when we started having transmission problems. We were lucky enough to exit right at Professional Automotive. They could have easilt taken advantage of our situation and tell us we needed an expensive transmission repair, and we wouldn't have known the difference. They told us we had a small transmission leak, and if we would keep it filled, we would make it home ok. To make a long story short, these guys are really honest and if you live in Atlanta, you're very lucky to have them available if you need honest mechanics.

Lance and his team are fantastic. I've had them work on my 2013 car and my 1980 truck, and they've done great work every time, no matter the problem. They are professional, communicative, and extremely fair in their pricing. Really couldn't recommend these guys enough - they know what they're doing.

They obviously don't care about keeping their customers happy. I spent over $450.00 at this shop with 2 different vehicles. The first, an older Mercedes. The repairs they did lasted less than a month. Today I picked up my jeep, I was told the check engine codes were gone and go ahead and drive it. Paid the 270.00 and found the same problem I brought it in for 2 days prior. I can't recommend this shop. Their answer was take it to the dealership.

Came in for several warning lights tied to a wheel sensor and the technician diagnosed it as a wheel hub problem. He was correct, replaced the wheel hub, and didn't try to sell me anything I did not need. I highly recommend Lance and anyone at Professional Automotive Repair.

I finally found a automotive repair shop that doesn't want to sell you something you don't need. I also enjoyed how they explain things and show you if you want to see. The technician John is a joy to deal with. So if your looking for an honest shop go here.

I am always apprehensive about taking my car in to the shop, but after reading other reviews for this shop I gave it a try. Lance and the mechanics took excellent care of my vehicle. They held on to it until they were certain they had figured out the problem. The price of the repairs was affordable. I absolutely trust them to take care of my car. I have taken it twice for different issues and would take it back if I have any other issues.

I took my 2001 Corvette is for electrical issues and a oil change. To my complete satisfaction Lance did a superior job and did not over charge me. They have my and my family business in the future. TRUSTWORTHY,DEPENDABLE AND HONEST!!!!!!

Stop wasting time and bring your car here if you need service. They diagnosed it and gave me multiple options with different price points of what I could do. And they did all this at the drop of a hat which I couldn't be more thankful for is there honest and damn quick

The most honest and decent auto mechanic I have ever met. Instead of making me wait for an appointment, Lance stopped what he was doing, walked outside, took a look at my “busted tail light,” and determined that the bulb was simply not screwed in properly (my other mechanic wanted several hundred dollars for a Lexus part replacement). Furthermore, he would not accept a single dollar from me. When I insisted he take $20, he relented and said he would use it to buy lunch for his shop guys. Needless to say, I won’t be going anywhere else for repairs.
