Craig and his crew always take such good care of my car! I came for AC service, Craig found there was a leak and got me fixed up right away. I never feel ripped off like other places. My gf and I won't be going anywhere else from now on. I definitely recommend these guys!

In a society where people are out for them selves , it’s a breath of fresh air when you come across individuals like Craig, I called about a check light engine issue even though his shop specifies in brakes and alignments, he took the time out of his day to analyze my issue in detail, ( a good 30 minutes) he took his time and gave his honest evaluation. Thats character! There must be a reason he has 4.9 stars highest score in all of Las Vegas for an auto repair establishment. He made my day and referred me to another shop, who were honest and upfront like him. I really lucked out. Definitely coming to Craig for my brake n ailignment needs after. Now all I need to do is find a Chinese restaurant with a 4.9 stars rating and I’ll be set :p once again ty u so much Craig. God bless.

This might be my first review I've ever left any business, and I didn't even get any work done. My girlfriend said her brakes were grinding sometimes, which sounded like the pads needed to be changed out. I dropped her car off with Craig, telling him what I knew, and gave him the keys. He calls me 20 minutes later and tells me the brake pads are fine, and she was likely just hearing a common noise that comes from using non-OEM brake pads (or cheap brake pads, or something, I forgot what he said). But he could have easily replaced the brake pads and I'd have never known that he did something that wasn't necessary, but his honesty explains why he has a 4.9 rating right now. He told me to come get the keys, didn't charge me anything, and I was on my way. Thanks, Craig!

Very pleased with this business, on our family road trip back from San Francisco the breaks went out, we were greeted with a smile and great customer service, the floors and restroom well kept and the work was performed in record time. Craig is a blessing! About 8-9 years ago, he repaired several things on my 08 Tacoma. Over the last few weeks, he has again helped my Taco keep on truckin', fixing a few different problems including broken AC in the LV summer heat! Craig is as kind, skilled and knowledgeable, and honest as he was when I came in almost a decade ago. Not only is it rare to find a mechanic like this, in today's world it's rare to find people in general as good as Craig. He's a true professional, very well versed in his craft, but also very personable and so helpful. He's fast too! Truly looking out for his customers, and that's so rare and so appreciated!

"Honest mechanic" is an oxymoron, but not when it comes to Craig and Professional Brake Service. I originally used their service for brakes, over 12 years ago, and continued with them for other car issues. They can do 80-90% of car repairs and Craig will let you know what their capabilities are. One big example of my "honest mechanic" recommendation - I was quoted $500 for a repair, over 6 years ago, from someone who was recommended to me and was close to me. I decided to go to Craig, to see if I could get a better price, even though at that time I was on the other side of town, and I was again not disappointed. All the car needed was a $60 repair and Craig knew what I was told before he quoted me his price. Originally you would have been greeted by friendly Jeff and his friendly wife Mary, and now friendly Craig has been rnanning the operations for them, for many years. Wherever you live in this city, Craig and Professional Brakes should be your first call, because if it can be fixed by them you know you are in reliable, and honest hands.

Came to see Craig today after Jiffy Lube on Eastern basically tried to con me out of $700 for brakes I won’t need for at least another 10000 miles. I was so disgusted I asked some neighbors on next door who to see for an HONEST opinion on my remaining brake life. Several people recommended Professional Brake Service. I called Matt, spoke to him on the phone. He was super professional (as the name suggests) and seemed forthcoming. When I came today Craig confirmed I do not need brakes any time soon. Shame on Jiffy Lube for being so shady. But the silver lining is Professional Brake Service will have my business from now on. And I will be recommending them every chance I get. Thank you for being honest and ethical. It’s rare nowadays.

I was relocating to Denver, broke down entering Paradise Nevada,made it to Professional Brake Service, parked in front,spent the night in my truck, brother and 2 dogs. First thing in the morning, Craig and partner put my truck on the lift, found problem, got us back on the road by noon. These guy's were a blessing, not only were they polite and friendly, they knew exactly how to remedy the problem. I made it to Denver Colorado, safely 🙏 saved gas, got more miles per gallon, because truck runs much smoother now. Great job guy's. Thank you, may God bless you 🙏

My husband and I have been to this shop multiple times over the last few years. They have replaced the brakes and rotors on both of our vehicles. Their pricing is reasonable, the services are completed quickly, and the staff is very friendly. I brought my car in today because there was a squealing sound when I was backing up. Jeff was welcoming and friendly when I arrived. He took my car out for a spin to see what was going on. A short time later Craig called to tell me my brakes are still in good shape and the sound I was hearing was nothing of concern. They resolved the noise during the time they had my car. Craig was very thorough in his explanation and was patient when I asked additional questions. It’s so wonderful to be able to trust an auto shop to be honest and tell you when everything is ok instead of selling you something you don’t need. I am so glad to be a long-term customer of Professional Brake Service!

Craig is great. After a few years of service, the car made noise. I thought it had something to do with brake calipers, but after inspection Craig said it's not the brake but the power steering fluid was low. He topped it up for me and charged nothing. Been several days without noise. Problem solved and I am truly grateful. Highly recommend Professional Brake Service.

Craig is the man! Super honest - A dying breed in the world of auto mechanics. I came in expecting to replace all the brakes on my car, but he let me know that the front brakes were still good and only the back brakes needed to be replaced. I also informed him that I kept getting transmission fluid flush/change recommendations from others shops - he check the gear oil and showed me how clean it was, and told me everything looked good. I will never bring my car anywhere else for the services they provide. They gained another lifetime customer today.

Love this place. They're the most honest place I've found in Las Vegas. I came in because my brakes were squeaking. They took all 4 brakes off and told me they are at 90% and do not need to be replaced. Everything was free. Highly recommend them and have used them in the past!
