I had an accident and sent him photos and he responded quickly to let me know how things should go and approximately how long to expect for a turnaround. Best auto body shop in Jacksonville hands down. Got a same day appraisal and a $3k repair was done is 3 days! Shook my hand and offered me something to drink and explained the process to me. Recived 3 updates in 3 days on the status of my car. They also took custody of my rental car to return it for me as well. Hands-down customer service you just don't see anymore. Bring your car here, I don't trust my widebody charger SRT to just anyone, and the granite crystal metallic paint is tought to match with all the sparkle flop in it and it looks flawless. Recommended the shop to 3 friends already.

I must say they deserve more than 5 stars. James has been on it since day one. He always called and gave an update on the vehicle and when problems did arise James always had a solution. Thank you guys so much for having a guy there at pro star to continue the superb customer service. Awesome.

I want to extend my gratitude to Connie for her patience and guidance throughout the insurance process, and to James for keeping me informed and expertly handling the Third Party claim. Warning: If you’re looking for subpar work, this is not the place for you. The major repairs were completed to perfection, and I appreciated the regular updates via text. A special mention: my daughter was thrilled that her car’s interior was vacuumed (though I had to shake my head at that!). I highly recommend ProStar for their exceptional service and detail to perfection.

I give ProStar collision center a three star, but they’re really a 2+ because communication from them is difficult. But when they do call you back, they’re very nice and helpful. But it’s difficult to get a hold of someone. You gotta keep calling in order to find out the status of your vehicle. They typically don’t call you. I can be frustrating.

I rarely leave reviews, but when someone goes above and beyond, I like to let others know. James is a real professional who made the repairs to my Ridgeline in an extremely timely fashion. The entire experience was great at Prostar. I highly recommend them.
