Brought a car in for a pre purchase inspection. Car was beautiful and drove like a dream. About 20 minutes in to the hour apt they came out and said they were stopping because they can confirm I do not want to buy this car. They brought me out and showed me exactly what was wrong. They literally saved me from buying a $9000 vehicle that needed several thousand more put into it. I highly recommend these guys! Very honest and helpful. I will be going back with my next car.

This place is amazing needed my car fixed asap needed my rear differential changed cause dealership sold me a messed up carevery place i called wanted 1400 to 2000. I called and spoke to Joe on Sunday he was going to try to fit me in same day didn't want to do that to them at me up for 9am had my car back with work done oil change and new windshield wipers by 1pm at a fraction of the price. The customer service was great, prove was great, work was great, and they got it all done in great time this is my official go to. I definitely recommend Thanks again for the great experience everyone that helped.

First time, great time. Had issues starting car-they checked alternator and got me new battery within 24hrs. Was having wiper problems also-they were able to work around my schedule, run diagnostics, and get me exactly the part I needed while saving me $$.

Were able to get me on a weekend and fix the problem with my car by next day, and let me know about other issues I needed done. Truly speedy and friendly! Will definitely be coming back for future maintenance on my car. :)

I felt very much appreciated, that Pro-Tech Autoworks really gives attention to emails, and phone calls, they were right on it answer my question, and did everything they could to help. I had ordered a Driver side mirror for my Mercury Cougar 1999. And when I called for an appointment so it could be done was easy, I don't think I spent an hr there. I hope to continue having Pro-Tech as the care takers for they also know about Mercury Cougar and I am looking forward to have my car looking good again. I want to thank you for the great service and friendly staff. Sorry I haven't taken a picture.😞

Not going to go into much detail. They said they could fix an issue with my car. Had my car for months, kept giving me the run around, had me buy parts for them. They completely destroyed My car. Left harnesses unplugged. Left coil pack loose and spark plugs loose. It was a nightmare. Still tried to charge Me close to 2k for a hack job. Do not take any car here.

These people are PHENOMENAL! I had purchased a certified re-man transmission for my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan and had issues finding a reliable shop to install it. Pro-Tech Autoworks not only ensured that they would be willing to install it for me, but also said they would be able to do it the following day and said it would be done the same day! I was amazed! So, since it was leaking transmission fluid and wouldn't go backwards - I had my van (lovingly named Nostra Castello) towed to their shop the next day. On a Friday, nonetheless! They immediately started work on it. I have one of those Carlock devices in the van and it was disconnected to read the engine codes within about 10 minutes of its arrival to their shop. Again, AMAZING! Later that day, I mentioned another code relating to the coolant thermostat that I was aware of, and they said they would take care of that for me too! Due to adding the second repair and factoring in the wait time for the part to fix it, it wasn't done on Friday - but, they operate on the weekends, too! They even APOLOGIZED for it taking longer - but I wasn't even expecting such quick service to begin with. They were exemplary and very swift with the repairs! They said it would be done Saturday morning with a installed and tested transmission, new, full transmission fluid and a new coolant thermostat - and it was! Came in just before they closed on Saturday (I thought it was a little funny that I bought my van directly across the street from the Chevy dealer), was met with polite staff - the due bill was more than reasonable, and I was able to drive home with a functioning transmission and NO CHECK ENGINE CODES! Just today, I was able to finally get my van not only to pass DEQ but also I got new plates and tags! I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Pro-Tech Autoworks! Even though they are over half an hour drive away, I will happily take my van there for anything it needs. THANK YOU A MILLION TIMES OVER!

Be sure to get a timeline for completed work. A catalytic converter took over a week. Otherwise I’m happy—good communication, easy to work with.

First time working with the guys here. I had a bad experience with a different local shop and asked these guys for help. Will return for maintenance in the future. They installed after market performance pads and after market rotors on my Audi S7. Offered to help configure or adjust my ABS in the following days if needed which is common with after market performance parts. Thanks guys!

If you want honesty and convenience don’t bother with this place. Try E&M down the road. My car broke down Thursday evening. I needed a quick diagnostic and hopefully fix as this is my only vehicle. I chose this place after calling several places on the AAA certified list due to them (1) being open on the weekend and after talking to the office person on Friday - who told me she talked to the mechanic and the mechanic told her that there (2)wouldn’t be a charge for the diagnostic since it was a coolant/radiator issue and wouldn’t be hard to diagnose and that they would get it (3)diagnosed if not fixed as well Saturday. 3:30 Saturday I hadn’t heard from them so I call and get voicemail. I check the webpage and they close at 3. I leave a voicemail and send a message from the webpage. I get a message back saying they closed early and would look at it Sunday. 2pm Sunday I haven’t heard anything so I call, they have closed early, they say they saw the mechanic looking at it but not sure what came of it- the way it was said lets me know they hadn’t even looked at it. I let them know I am disappointed because the whole reason I took it to them is due to them being open over the weekend. I would have taken it any number of other places if it was going to be Monday before they could look at it. Monday I get a call and they tell me the radiator is busted and it’s $160 diagnostic fee plus 800 something to fix. I let them know I was told there wouldn’t be a fee. I’m told it was harder to diagnose than they planned so there is a fee. I immediately decide it’s not going to stay there with the issues I’ve already had and now having been lied to. They say they will do the 1/2 hr diagnostic fee at 80. When I tell them I’ll pick up my car they offer to knock the whole diagnostic fee and only charge to fix it (which most places already do at baseline) I pay the 80 because I am now done and want nothing to do with this place. They are obviously not honest and aren’t going to keep their word. I ask them to leave my car out and I’ll pick it up after work that evening. At their closing time they call me and leave a voicemail saying that my car is blocked in and it won’t be out until the next day. Are you joking? Tuesday i call twice to make sure they have left it out for me to pickup and thankfully they managed to do that 🙄

Pro-Tech was able to diagnose the issue with my car and advise me appropriately. They replaced my key fob and recommended i go to the dealer to reprogram my keys. Since then my car runs perfectly. A friend of mine recommended Pro- Tech Autoworks and i will do the same for friends and relatives!

These guys were absolutely amazing to work with super friendly, super knowledgeable, and they were able to get me in right away to get my brakes done on my car. And not to mention, the pricing was very reasonable he was even able to get me a little bit more of a discount, knowing that I was in a bit of a financial bind, Would 110% recommend these guys!

The guys at Pro tech are super... friendly and provide great advice in evaluating needs and cost estimates. They confirmed work identified by dealership but for hundreds less in parts and labor. I trust them for all needed repairs on my Honda CRV.
