Prices are outrageous, I stopped by to try to get 4 tires mounted and balanced and he said 160. Even big box stores are at 22 per wheel which would only be 88.

They sold me the wrong size tire and tried to charge me double for the right size tire. Owner does very shady business do not recommend unless your okay with super cheap but very sketchy services!!

I called ahead to ask what the price would be for a tire change (I already had the tire). Whomever I spoke to on the phone said $25 out the door. When I arrived, the tech said it would be $40. When I explained that I called in for a price and was told $25, he said "The manager will be here tomorrow at 8am but I'll do $30." So I will not be going to this tire shop in the future and will be actively referring other tire shops to my referral network.

Went to get a new tire and the owner convinced me to by a set of rims and tires. I was told to come back in a few hours so they can prepare them and when I did, they didn't even have the tires. That was 9 months ago. I haven't seen the owner since. I finally got fed up and just took the rims and 1 tire. I feel like I'm owed for the 3 tires I didn't get but the owner is never there and all refunds must go through him.

This place is horrible don’t ever trust Raul he scammed me out of 3900 and till this day has not given me a call or given me the rims lift kit, tiers and sensors stay away from here

This place stripped one of my lug nuts and then they couldn't even get it off then they said, "take it to a mechanic." You guys need a mechanic that can change a tire

This tire shop is horrible. They screwed a family member out of 3,000.00 dollars for tires and rims and adapters. This place needs to be shut down. PRO TIRES IS A SCAM!!!! This business should loose their business license and not be able to run a business anywhere in the state of Arizona. This corruption has to stop and if no one is gonna stand up I will. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS . I believe the guy ruined my tire so I can buy a new one . He claimed damage on tire was caused due to driving flat which I didn’t because I saw the flat tire before driving …sad how they try to take advantage of people…AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Purchased used tires (4) was sold one with a ball in it. Was very difficult to get the tire switched out. They are dishonest and try to tell you you cannot use the warranty they say you have ..

Definitivamente, servicio 160$ 4 llantas usadas cuando Las tiene promocionadas por 99$ X 4. En todavia me sirvieran y no tubiera que aver ido 5 vezes en 30, mientras estarle echando aire cada manana. Adora se pasan Los 30 dias de garantia que Segun dan y otros 60 $ quiere cobrar por otra llanta? Y no ay Dueno Para Estes typos de reclamos? 😑 Very disappointed.

Terrible tire shop! I asked for 2 tires, they put two wrong sized tires on my car and when I found out they didn't want to give me a refund. They are wanting to push their sales. Please check your tires to make sure they gave proper size. This lame tire shop can't be trusted

Visited July 31, 2022 for two used tires and ended up with front end passenger side damage due to the negligence of the worker. He failed to make sure that my tire was secure and upon reversing to turn into traffic the tire came completely off. Owner of shop advised he would repair and has failed to do so. Here we are in month 2 and still no communication on when the work will be completed. Damn shame came for tires and received damage instead. Wouldn't recommend anyone to this shop ever. Seems like I'll be talking this matter over with my lawyers and I'll see you in court

Waited for an hour and half just so they can check my tire. They way they have the layout yo work in the cars is horrible of you get there first u be the last person yo leave. Service is just not right! Never coming back.
