I couldn’t say enough nice things about these guys and feel so grateful to have found them. When I started my trucking business I had it narrowed down to two shops based on online reviews, and ultimately chose PTR due to the ease of doing business with. PTR’s customer service is fantastic and attention to their craft is unparalleled. I’ve been doing business with PTR for over a year, during that time they have taken care of all of my 90 day/annual DOT inspections for both the tractor and trailer. My best case to evidence the breadth and depth of their mechanical knowledge came during the “parts shortage” when my APU went out and a replacement part couldn’t be found. Rather than turn me away, they took the time to rebuild the part and today (1.5 years later) it’s still working perfectly. Everything that has come up with the truck since I started “trucking” has been handled by PTR and it’s been fixed correctly the first time. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable/ethical diesel mechanic, these guys are the best.

Thank you to Paco and his team!! I brought in my unit for some part replacements. I’ve had trouble looking for them but PTR was able to source them efficiently. Also their repair time window was spot on. I appreciate the honesty and the professionalism. I’ll def be bringing my fleet from here on out!

Best diesel technicians! My trucks have been running their best since PTR Diesel started working on them. Paco Jr. (Owners son) is a very knowledgeable diesel technician. I highly recommend them! Shout out to Paco and Paco jr. for being so helpful and honest.

DRIVERS DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRUCKS HERE. AGAIN DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRUCK TO THIS PLACE...They will charge you lots of money and lie about job that they've done!!! I GUARANTEE THAT MOST OF THIS REVIEWS ARE FAKE AND NOT REAL!!! I called this place to see if they can fix radiator leak and emission problem on my truck, and the lasy on the phone said yes and asked me to bring the truck, I left my truck out here last Thursday and they promised that it'll be ready on Monday.. on Monday morning I called them fir an update and they said everything except emission problem is fixed,then I called them back at 3:00pm to get an update and let them know that I'll come to pick up my truck in an hour since they close at 5pm, abd they said that the emission problem is not fixed but I can come and pick up the truck , when I arrived, they said all problem's besides filter change are done, and emissions problem is solved which was suspicion, they charged me over $4000 for the job and when I asked why is it so much the answer was it took aw all day to change a RADIATOR and we charge 140 for an hour if laber....Now after how I drove 900-1000ml same problem with the same emission fault code popped on. First of all what kind of mechanical changes a RADIATOR FOR 8-10 HOURS. Then I decided just to call and honestly thought that they'll help me out since at first they looked so nice and honest but when I called them to ask for an explanation and/or refund for the problem which indeed isn't solved, or at least for an agreement to take a look on it if I'll bring it back, they talked rude, and refused to take another look and brought some nonsense excuses. I'm taking then to the coart, and will make sure that bone of my driver friends will make have any business with them!!

Called this guys to ask about tire change on a trailer. They told me that they are doing the mechanical jobs, after I asked for any suggestions of tire shops, they hang up. Poor quality customer service.

Quick service, no many day waits. Fair prices and quality service. I came in for a belt replacement and decided to do all of my preventive work here. Knowing you can get small things done quickly and same day in my case saved me thousands of what I would lose in waiting at a dealer or most other shops. Thanks a bunch!!!
