Had them do plugs and coil packs on my Nissan as well as valve cover gaskets. Fast in and out service at a great price. Saved a few hundred dollars compared to the overpriced dealership. I will be back when I need more work. Thank you Pullen Motors!

I took my VR swapped 1991 VW Golf in for a laundry list of issues that had been haunting me. Phillip diagnosed all my concerns as well as found some other issues that needed to be addressed. In two days he accomplished what would have probably taken me 6 months to figure out and repair. As car enthusiasts, we all love to DIY and just “youtube” it, but sometimes there is no substitute for a professional.

Pullen motors is by far the best VW/Audi and foreign car shop in Louisville. I have owned VW’s since 1980, and sometimes struggled to find a good mechanic. I was recently referred to Pullen and they have been excellent. They are meticulous at their craft and their prices are very reasonable. Their mechanics are true craftsman. I highly recommend them.

Brought my Jetta from Cincinnati for a flywheel repair in the transmission. Communication was extremely well and they got the car fixed and running fantastic! I'll definitely be bringing my Jetta back to them!

Just took my 2019 Audi SQ5 in for its 40k maintenance. Superb customer service! Quotes for individual jobs to be done are provided ahead of time and the work is, imo, first rate. Pullen Motors is an economical alternative to dealership pricing with all the integrity of Audi brand service. I am a Pullen Motors fan and give them my highest endorsement.

This friendly, honest shop is ran by automotive enthusiasts for enthusiasts, don't hesitate to let them take care of you needs, from the required scheduled maintenance on your daily, to higher performance additions for your weekend race/show car. Everyone there is very nice and I trust them with my car fully. I’ve been to many places with my Volkswagen but this one understands the car the most and not only that I don’t feel like I’m trying to be sold on doing other repairs that are unnecessary. They tell you what truly needs to be done and if it needs to be soon or wait. Love the dog at the front that’s my home girl ❤️

I'm the original owner of a 20 year old Mazda RX8. The car was running so poorly I thought a blew an apex seal. Philip went over the engine thoroughly, diagnosed the issues and now for the first time in years, this the engine runs as it could and should. It was so refreshing to find a mechanic who takes pride in the detail and competency of his work - and who has more expertise in rotary engines than anyone at a Mazda dealership in my experience.

Pullen Motors has been great. I recently had my Jetta stop in the middle of Shelbyville road. I didn’t know who to call, but I called Pullen who had recently done work on my car and Taylor put me on the line with a wonderful tow company. When I got it back it was still being quirky so Philip came to my home personally and realized I hadn’t put gas in (new fuel pump) so he gassed me up and got me on my way. The car still has its quirk and I’m thankful this shop is close in proximity with owners who truly care about the job.

Truly Great people and great service! That's really hard to say about service shops these days. DON'T take your car back to a commission based OEM service department unless you want to get screwed! I have and will continue to recommend Pullen Motors to my family and friends.
