I can't say enough good things about this place and especially the owner, Greg. I've been taking my vehicles here for the last 5 years and I've never had such a great experience with car care in terms of professionalism, efficiency, and quality work. He is always willing to help get our cars in and out quickly, and even on a specific timeline if needed. He is responsive and helpful when we have questions, and makes recommendations for how to proceed that always seem to be in our best interest, not whether or not he can make more money. Highly recommend!

Place sucks. They will charge you for work you didn't approve and then hold your car for 4 weeks

I called in the morning to see about state inspections, as mine was grossly expired. He said he could take walk in and I could wait for it. Greg got my car in quickly and performed the inspection and some light bulb replacements I needed (I knew about one and had it in my car, but he found some others and took care of those). I don’t live very near, but he just secured my business. I’d travel to him again for future services. Greg was personable and kind. Good work and good deeds do not go unnoticed! Thank you, Greg!

No choice but to bring a stalled car here instead of having car towed to my mechanic (expensive towing fees). After a few days, I received a call to pick up the car. Cost for repair was about $300. Everything seemed fine until the car started breaking down while on the freeway and barely made it to a stop. I called the shop to inform them and asked what work was done to the car. Person who answered the call mentioned a possible problem he noticed and that I should bring the car back to their shop. No one told me about this issue when I picked up and payed. It was a different person who called to tell me to pick up the car. Sounds like a miscommunication on their part. Anyway, I was denied any assistance with towing fees (I asked if they can pay half or even fourth of the towing fee) or maybe a drive to where car is parked to check about their work. I kept my cool to try and resolve the problem and to at least get a bit of help but the only the way they were going to help me is if I payed to tow the car back to their shop. I wasn't given any guarantee that I wouldn't be charge more once they have the car. To add to all of this, whoever was on the phone wasn't very nice. Quote: "I am not going to sit here and listen to you ask me why things were not done!" Person hung up the phone. I'm under about $700 by this time since i had the car towed to my mechanic + more money spent to get the car repaired. I am not getting any cent back from all of it. Lesson: Get my car to my mechanic even if I spend more on towing fees. End: Car is fixed now and running smoothly.

For full disclosure, I've had much better experience in the pre-COVID environment with that business and it could be that the mechanics I've been dealing with no longer work there. I brought my car early in the morning (around 8am) on Monday, due to having an Engine Light on. I was told that they would look at it and no one gave me the heads up that they'd charge ~$133 to run a diagnostic. Instead, I got a text message an hour later with the proposed charge. While that is a standard practice, there are places like Auto Zone that run that diagnostic for free. So, when I asked if I can take my car to Auto Zone, the Mechanic was visibly upset and warned me that if I were to choose that, I'd go to "Pharmacy and not a Doctor". I decided to proceed with their services and the expectation was that the car would be ready on that same day. Instead, I was never given any update on my car and the ETA. When I called at around 5pm, the store's manager said that the mechanics are no longer around and that I'd need to check the next day. While it is advertised that the place is open at 7am, when I called after 7:30am, the store's manager said that he is not running the Tire and Auto shop and advised to call later around 8am. So, I had to figure out how to take kids to school without having my car. Eventually, I got an estimate shortly before 8am with the proposal to "remove and replace fuel tank filler cap". Given my experience from the day before, I had to call again to ensure that the services would be completed in the timely manner, which they did. Finally, when I arrived to pick up the car, the Mechanic told me to go to the front office and immediately left without giving me a chance to ask any questions (after I waited to talk to him). I am not qualified to evaluate their work, but my rating is driven by their very poor communications and untimely business.

Greg Horton gave me excellent service on my cars. The mechanics are very acknowledged, courteous, and honest. I will always trust them with my vehicles for they’re quality work. The store cashier was very courteous and believes in customer satisfaction; he offered hand sanitizer and coffee during my stay. They’re just great!!
