Don’t walk, run to Quail Quicklube! Honest and thorough mechanics. I brought my car to Quail Quicklube after having unsatisfactory work done at another shop. At other shop, I had a 90k mile service, which included an oil change, tire rotation, and rear diff fluid service. After those services, I noticed a squeaking sound when turning my steering wheel. I took it back and they were certain the issue would be resolved by replacing the rear brake pads and rotors, which I agreed to because the rear brakes were last changed 6 years and 50k miles ago. However, that didn’t resolve the sound. I called the shop again and the manager was super dismissive, which led me to Quail Quicklube. Ramon is a saint. He listened to my concerns and was determined to figure out what was going on. He kept me informed with multiple phone calls. Turns out, the other shop incorrectly repaired my brakes and missed an issue with the transfer case. Quail Quicklube fixed the issue with my brakes at NO extra charge to me. Now my car is good as new. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

No appointment and wasn't sure they did the work I needed done...but they did...on the spot. Kept me updated. Will definitely keep them 1st for any car repairs!!!

Good, friendly and efficient service, they don't try to upsell you. Applied a $10 coupon with no asking and even vacuumed the car. Top notch!

Like a hardware store where you can buy just one nut and one bolt, this is one of my favorite places to visit in Raleigh. I know I'll leave satisfied - whether it's to meet an automotive need like an oil change or new tires or a want like the installation of aftermarket upgrades. Had low tire pressure two days in a row after filling it in between. Called Quail Quciklube, they were able to get me in the same day. Found a nail in my tire and patched it up all of which only took about half an hour! So thankful for the speed and efficiency (especially with a last minute call in) considering I had a long drive coming up.
