I went in to ask for information on a truck I have that needs work done. The guy in the front was extremely rude. When I asked him a simple question. He mocked me and said my guess is as good as his, and that I should do it myself. I would never recommend anyone. I guess you can’t trust all reviews

The greatest mechanic I have ever dealt with. My spouse and I moved to Colorado and were not familiar with any mechanics in the area. After a particularly cold snowy day the roads were icy and my spouses car slid into a curb and decimated the wheel and components close to it. Looking at the reviews for Quality 1st Automotive, we decided to take my spouses car there, as it was close to us along with high reviews. Earl is a fantastic mechanic. Incredibly down to earth and very open and honest about what's going on and what work needs to be done. He communicated with us about what was going on with parts and costs and updates more than our insurance company did, and always went the extra mile. One day Earl called us to give us a quick update on the car, and when he did not hear back from us by the end of the day he called again just to make sure we were still informed and kept in the loop. When parts he ordered weren't arriving, he sprung into action and got the parts from somewhere else to ensure that we could be back in our car as soon as possible. I did not once feel like I had to worry about the car as long as Earl was working on it. He will be the only person I take my cars to as long as he is in business. Thanks for everything Earl, I cannot express how thankful we are for you!

Earl is amazing!!! He has worked on our family's cars for years. My Dad had an old Plymouth Voyager. It had so many miles on it the odometer literally rolled over and made it back to 500, 000 + thanks to Earl. He would still have it if he hadn't lucked into some money and decided what the hell, let me just get a new car. If Earl was able to keep that thing on the road, he can fix just about anything. And if he can't, he will let you know upfront. He is honest and reliable. His prices are more than fair and does not tell you that you need something fixed or repaired if you don't. Best car guy ever!!! I would recommend Earl and his shop to anyone and everyone.
