Mr.Jd is the best of the best I wouldn’t recommend any other mechanic in Waco Texas and I’ve been around too a lot he fixed a crazy amount of work in just a little time and is always willing to stay and work overtime relentlessly.

I’m not the type to understand much about cars. When I brought my car in for a check because the check engine light was on. JD and his employees were fantastic about finding the problem quickly and literally walking me through what was going on. I was expecting to be down a vehicle for at least a day or two and he had it fixed within a few hours and I had it back before closing! Wonderful people that work there! 10/10 would recommend bringing your car by for anything!

We have used Quality Auto Care for a few years now (since we found out about them). The best thing that keeps us going back is JD is always upfront and honest. This last time when I called JD walked me through things that could possibly be wrong to see if it would be an easy fix that we could do before taking it in. No other mechanic shop would do that for you. Everyone is also so nice and friendly. They will make sure you understand what’s going on (I have been in there when elderly couples have been and they always make sure to talk there time when they need to).

Very efficient business, they were able to squeeze me in same day despite having numerous other projects going. With that said, the speed did not reduce the quality of the work, the technician took me into the garage twice, once with the car lifted and once with the car grounded and the hood open, in order to show me various potential problem areas. They also walked me through their diagnostic steps, and we're very open in terms of communication throughout the entire experience. Furthermore, their prices are very reasonable. Given all of the above I will continue to do business with them for the foreseeable future, and highly recommend them to others.

Had a terrible experience with these people. Took my car in because the oil light kept coming on and they told me my car would be ready by a certain time and then later called me back and said that they wouldnt be able to finish it before the holiday and I would have to wait two more days. My car lot paid extra for them to finish before the holiday because my car is under warranty. I picked my car up and it is now spraying oil out of the back of the engine it's losing oil so bad that it is spraying down the side of my car when Im driving. I have gone through 3 quarts of oil in two days. Not to mention I had no issues with any other part of my car before these people got a hold of it now whenever I turn my wheel it makes a loud popping sound. When I talked to the man about what was going on his response was "didn't you say you do mechanic work? You can't fix what we didn't have time for?" What kind of business are you running man? That's insane whether or not I can fix it isn't the issue I took it to you and you were paid to do a job and you sir have seriously missed the bar here.

Very friendly mechanic that will work with you and do good business to get your vehicle back on the road. I recommend going to see what they can do for you before you go to anyone else. VERY HONEST MECHANIC!!!

I picked my Chrysler 300m up today & when I tell you JD & his crew did not let me down. They are very meticulous when diagnosing & repairing your car. Very good work! & they communicate with you during the process. Just a great automotive mechanic shop.

Just had some work done on my 2011 Tahoe and was too busy to look when getting it back but now I have morning light I though I'd take a look at the job done and all looked very well and i highly recommend this place to anyone who needs their vehicle looked at and worked on. Owner/mechanic is honest, fair and does good work. He is good at troubleshooting the problem and gives a fair price to fix it. He is reliable. His wife runs the office and handles the billings. She is also kind, friendly and helpful.

I first thought my converter was messing up because of auto zone but when I took it to quality auto care JB the owner was very helpful he figured out that it was my spark plugs misfiring he showed me how to check it myself...he was efficient and my car is now running smoothly

Did a good job but took a week for a 6ish hour job. It would have been 5 stars but I couldn't pick up the car so my wife had to. The owner scared my wife for the purpose, I assume, of getting her to agree to work I had already refused. I didn't appreciate that at all.

Outstanding family unit working at this garage! Pretty sure oil runs in their blood they are so good with repairs LOL I had my car towed from Kempner to Waco just to have them take care of my little Cube and it was so worth it! I will be using Quality Auto Care as long as I live in TX. Felt so comfortable talking with them, like a friend. Very reasonable fees, keeps old parts and discusses what went wrong if you want to see - just let them know before hand and this is very rare in the automotive field! Thank you so much Quality Auto Care, until we meet again!

The BEST mechanic in Waco i love him and his wife they are the BEST professionals I've met since i have moved here.. He diagnosed my car and fixed it within a couple hours he explains everything to you just incase you don't understand.. Definitely coming back for more business soon.. (Spark plugs) 😁😁

same day I got my car back it broke down four blocks down the street from the shop and was smoking like a train,, call JB and he blamed it on me, saying I must have did something to the truck within the four blocks of me driving it from his shop I didn't even make it to 18th Street,,, all I have to say is make sure you communicate exactly what you want do not accept any offers to fix anything else it's just a stretch your labor cost,,, the lady at the front desk was only nice this review is facts not just a person trying to trash-talk the company,, he said I wanted to manipulate something from the company but I don't see how when I paid up front to make sure the job was done correctly never asked for anything for free,, pep boys did me the same way,,
