My insurance company tried to use them to come tow my car. Waited the quoted hour and they didn't show. I called back and they said give it 10 more minutes. I gave it 30, called back and insurance contacted the tow company and was told they "never received the request" aka didn't want to take it, because when I call it asks if I'd like to be connected with the company that will be towing me. My insurance company straight up said they would be using a different tow company since quality towing apparently doesn't want to help me out. What BS that is!

Bought a Toyota Prius had trouble with the 12 volt battery.He helped checking it out. Very nice guy
