They really wasted my time. I dropped my car here at 9:45 saying I need it done by eod. No price list upfront, they didn’t tell me they had to order parts. I was told to receive a price list call in roughly an hour. So I called back at 12:30, they told me I missed their phone so now I have to wait until Monday. And when I came to pick up my car at 18:00, all the parts are at their gate. No repair was done, at all. I don’t know what they were waiting for, I need my car like tomorrow 11 am for an event, now I had to go to another service center because they can do it faster, and cheaper. I personally would avoid this place. FYI replacing brake pads for mini cooper costs 1100 here, before tax.

Frank is amazing. He filled up my parents tires when they came out to help me move and after my first week, my car broke down. I called during a stressful situation and he solved it easily. He is very transparent and never upsells. Absolutely my guy in California for car repairs. The guys know how to run an auto shop.

I FOUND MY NEW CAR MAINTENANCE SHOP! Thank you so much to Frank!! As a college student girl that’s new to the area I was wary about finding a new mechanic but I had to drive 300+ miles back home so I went ahead and called their phone and they were able to take me in to do a service to my car (cabin and air filter change, oil change etc). Very reasonably priced and super fast! Frank is so kind and informative, 100 percent recommend for anyone to go on the west side :)

Broke down on PCH on a Saturday in my 1957 Chevy Nomad and our tow truck driver called his buddy Ronnie who was magically at the shop so we went straight there. I was back on the road in the hour and met some new friends along the way. Highly recommend these guys I will be back!

Quality was recommended to me by a friend. Needed new front brakes and rotors and they completed the job within a day at a good price, way less than the dealership quoted me. Will be back in the future should I need other repairs.

I am very pleased with the work done on my cars at Quality Automotive. Frank and his team of mechanics work on a wide variety of cars and do excellent work. I have a 1966 Ford Mustang and a Toyota Camry and they did excellent work on both cars. I will continue to use Quality Automotive as I know the work first rate.

They are amazing! Someone had knocked my motorcycle over like a block away from them. I drove it in asking if they could help fix the kickstand that had broke from it being knocked over. Even though they don't work on motorcylces. They helped me fix it, and found some parts on ebay for me to order. All free of charge. Really family feel. You can tell they really care. This is what businesses used to be like. This is the spot to take your car

My experience is that they missed or ignored a lot of things requiring attention, which were fixed at a different shop with greater capacity for attention to detail. 2 stars because the work they did do was adequate.

Frank and Ron are true quality. They have always given great service and explained what was wrong and how it is to be fixed. They help me understand what is happening and why. They are good people and always make me feel at ease. My car is an 03' and it is time to replace things and they have been there for me over the last few years! Highly recommend Quality car repairs. I was having electrical issues and took it in for them to look at. The car died right as I was pulling in to their shop. I was down in Los Angeles on business and did not have a whole lot of time. But they took the time and the effort to find the problem and fix it same day. Prices were very reasonable. Nice guys, too.

I like this place, because they do the job right the 1st time period if for some very odd or peculiar reason you have to take your car back, they make sure that you have 1st priority, and that your issues are addressed quickly and extremely efficiently.
