I've taken my car here multiple times and have had great service at a great price. However this morning I left in tears due to miscommunication and poor customer service. I made an appointment to drop my car off at 8:30 am to get inspected and to get my tires changed. I arrived and was immediately told that my appointment was not for Monday, but for Tuesday, and that they couldn't change my tires because their tire machine was down. I told the man that the girl I spoke to on the phone must have made a mistake, only to hear "No she didn't, she never makes mistakes, ever. I was right there when she told you the tire machine was down." I would not have made an appointment for Tuesday, the plan was to drop it off on Monday and pick it up on Tuesday, not that my appointment was for Tuesday. Even still, I would have just laughed it off as a simple mistake if I was not treated with such malice.

I took my car in and they noticed that something was wrong with my car but I should call my dealership and see if it's under warranty. They could have just fixed it and charged me. The bill would have been about $1,300.00. This is why I continue to use Quality Car Care. They will always be on your side.

I was in the area when my vehicle started making a load noise. I stopped there and asked for help. The person at the front desk came out, found the problem and made it so I could make it home safe.
