The very WORST business I have ever dealt with in my life. I needed my rotors replaced on my 2018 Kia Forte. I asked Midas across the street how much they would charge; $85 a rotor, but there would be a wait. Quality Star quoted me $65. I agreed to have the work done. After the work was finished, what I believe was the manager, handed me a bill for a $704.00. Shocked I let him know I did not expect this and explained there was a misunderstanding. He began screaming and cussing at me. I began crying and told him I was calling my father to get the money to pay the bill. This man yelled at me the entire time I was on the phone with my father. My father asked to speak to him the man refused. Instead he continued to scream at me telling me I am a scammed and demanding I "get out." Within 10 minutes of me receiving the inflated bill they were paid in full. That man did not let up but just continued to yell and cuss at me. If I had this service done at the dealership the max they would charge is $300 for the entire job. I can't believe not only how this company rips people off but how abusive this man was to me. I can't imagine how he sleeps at night.

Quality Star did an amazing job on my car! It looks brand new, and I couldn’t be happier with the attention to detail. The staff was super friendly and kept me updated the whole time, which I really appreciated. They finished the repairs on schedule, and the price was fair for the quality of work. I definitely recommend them if you need any repairs or bodywork done! Shelby and Lupe are the best !! Please ask for them!! :)

I've been in customer service for 20yrs so I am very aware of what it means to be in this line of business. With that said, Lupe and Shelly are the standard of what excellent customer service is. I appreciated so much that these lovely ladies had an open and consistent communication with me regarding the updates of my car. I completely understand that shops can be very busy and I witnessed that when I had came into a full waiting room at Quality star a second time but these ladies were on top of everything and had me out the door and in my completely fixed car in less than 30mins. The drop off was very easy, communication was very easy and I was so pleased to have my car back looking beautiful again. I had a tail light that didn't have a little bitty crack on it prior to dropping my car off but when I showed Lupe she took care of it no question, I was back the next day and left their lot with a brand new tail light! That there tells me the kind of Integrity this shop holds. The Ladies are amazing Quality Star as a whole is a amazing and I absolutely would recommend Quality Star to family and friends -anyone who is looking for a shop that does it all, Maintenance AND bodywork! Im so very thankful I found a shop I can trust my Vehicles to in the future!

Nick and his staff at Quality Star Auto Body are the BEST above all the rest. Nick is friendly, professional and most of all HONEST, which is a rarity in this line of work. Nick arranged a tow for our daughters car to Quality Star Auto Body and then went to work on finding out what the trouble was. He called with a quote and back that up with an email of the quote so that we could see what was needed. This isn't the first time that we have taken a vehicle to Nick and we will always head over to Quality Star Auto Body with any of our car needs. Thanks Nick and staff for such superior work. Shelby & Lupe are excellent to work with. Very communicative and stay on top of every job. Professionalism is top level. Highly recommend for anyone that needs repairs done to your vehicle or body work done. I had to get body work done to my 2019 Toyota Tacoma through insurance claim and Shelby and Lupe both stayed on the insurance company and got the job done in a very good timeline

I brought my toyota camry to Qualify Star to fix the splash shield. The Quality of work was impeccable. Customer service and workers are so amazing and I can not even describe enough in this review. I Highly recommend this shop for everyone in Las Vegas area.

I was apprehensive about auto repair shops for I had a bad experience in the past. After reading the positive reviews and the passion the owner has for his product I gave them a shot on a fairly simple bumper repair. They exceeded my expectations by miles. The workmanship, customer service, and communication was excellent. To my surprise, they washed and detailed the car inside and out. What an awesome thing to do for customers. Thank you to EVERYONE at Quality Star. You have a client for life.

5* Service started with the phone call! I was referred here by a tire shop for my alignment. THE MOST professional auto shop I've ever dealt with, and I've dealt with plenty. The ladies that run the phones and paperwork are organized, professional, and friendly. All 3 are hard to come by individually when dealing with mechanics, much less all 3. This shop is mechanical and body, and they ladies know which car has which mechanic, and what the situation is with each. Monday morning, I was in the office when an upset client called. Their vehicle wasn't taken care of on the Saturday late afternoon of a 3 day weekend. I mean, come on. You do the damn job if you know so much. The young lady handled herself beautifully. 1 hr later, he was in, rude to me as i was paying my bill, and wanting his car "now." Still, she handled herself well. Remaining professional and calm. Nowadays, THAT in itself warrants 5*. Once again, if you know how to do the job, do it yourself. Otherwise, this is a great place for you to take your vehicle.

Everyone in this shop went out of their way to help assist me with my vehicle delema. Showed up around noonish with a problem, going outta town the next morning at daybreak and within an hour or so my problem was corrected and on my way.When I returned to town, I scheduled some additional work to been done ..good respectable shop...

Lupe and Shelby were very friendly and helpful with repairing small scratches in different areas on my vehicle. They worked with me to get what I needed for a price I could pay, and I would definitely recommend them for any work because it is very clear the employees here take pride in their work, uphold integrity and are communicative and honest. Family owned businesses are the way to go for reasons like this! If you have been quoted by someone else in the city, I highly recommend coming here to see not only about pricing but about being able to trust you’re leaving your vehicle in good hands! The staff was extremely friendly, professional and very responsive to our needs. Lupe was Amazing in every way. My daughter lives there in Vegas, I live in Philadelphia PA. Her car was vandalized and she wasn't sure how to handle things. Lupe and staff reached out to me to make sure I knew she was in good hands. They kept me updated all along the way. Lupe personally handled an EXTREMELY RUDE PROGRESSIVE INSURANCE ADJUSTER!! QUALITY STAR saw to it that my daughters car was repaired correctly and safely, when Progressive denied repairs that were needed for safety reasons. The owner of this company specifically informed Lupe to make sure our car was safe. They absorbed an extremely large amount of repairs needed for her car. We are forever grateful and would recommend this auto body shop to anyone who will ever need the services they provide. Thank you QUALITY STAR AUTO BODY CENTER...you have a customer and friend for life!!

Thank you Quality Star Auto Body Collision for taking the time to get the rear end of my 2014 Chevy Malibu fixed. They did an amazing job, when I got my car back it looked great. The whole staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If I ever need any work done again I will most definitely go back to them.

This is an honest and reliable shop that has always had my safety and interest in mind. They had my 06 Yukon in there after my car accident and they helped me though the whole process and kept me informed. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs an honest shop for mechanical or body work.

Quality star was recommended to me and I can’t say enough. Front counter girls were hilarious and made my entire experience less stressful. The took the time and effort to make sure everything was completed. I had a new bumper oil change and they installed my dash cam. Thank you quality star😀
