I had the best experience here! Called to schedule an appt to get my tire checked out and they let me come in right away. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

Beware of this company they charged me 700 to fix my car without ever telling me what was wrong or how much to fix it...The Morning of April 26 I had towed it for an estimate only but I didn’t hear from the shop until 45 mins before they close and they demanded just under 700$ saying it was the starter ( I had asked for diagnostic on why it wouldn’t start and also to repair power window.) the man Isaac say he didn’t have time to call me cause they was backed up from the weekend and he never looked at the power window at all. I don’t have 700 so I went to find the money but when I got my truck back there was a ***huge 12 inch***dent to my front bumper that’s gonna cost another 700 to fix. I just want my money back so I can at least fix the car, when I called the owner to ask him about it he denied everything and started to scream and curse at me.

Hidden gem. Came in for some service for the first time at this location. Got attended real quick. Isaac knew what was the problem right off the bat. Fixed it no problem. Treated me like family. Hospitality was great. I would recommend this place to any Mercedes Benz owner. Will come back for future visits.

I have 2013 Mercedes E350. Since live in LA since May 2019 I’ve taken my car here for any service or repair I’ve needed. They are located only 1.5 miles away from my home and even within that distance there are other Mercedes and German Auto car places, but I’ll only take my car to Marina Benz. They do a great job at a great rate. The owner Isaac is a great guy as well.

Poor communication, zero integrity, zero service. I took in my vintage Ford Bronco, asked for the brakes to be fixed and the transmission checked. Sat there for three weeks and was told they’re both fine. Finally had the Bronco transported via flatbed because transmission would shift and I couldn’t drive above 15 mph, brakes went to the floor making each stop an “adventure”. Owner said he could fix some minor body damage but after 3 weeks said “if” he could find the correct parts it would cost well over $1000. I found the parts online in 15 minutes and were $168.00, they arrive Saturday. He never called with updates and honestly, despite his assertions that he “is a perfectionist”, he’s anything but.

This is a true gem for any Mercedes Benz owner. We have been coming to Isaac for years, and he is by far the best and most honest mechanic in the business. It's the little things that other mechanics nickel and dime you on, but not here! For example, we had a window button break and pop off, the dealership told us the entire piece was over $250.00 plus labour (so at least another $120.) Isaac told us to buy it from Amazon and then bring it by and he would put it on for us. We bought one, delivered the next day for $8.00, and then he popped it in for us at no charge. Another story, we needed a new battery, which the MBZ-350s have 2 of, the dealership and another garage quoted us at ridiculous price, and that it would be a full day job (that's a lot for labour). Marina Benz charged us almost half that and we were in and out in a could of hours..... I just cannot say enough about the honest and quality of work here, Isaac won't gouge you and explains everything, especially for a woman, so many mechanics are condescending and jack up prices for us, but not Isaac... He will get the job done for you and he's a great guy.... Cannot recommend this place enough!!!!

Worse experience ever. The guy is a joke. Sale me a use tire in very bad shape for 100 dls and charged me 80 dls for installation and 10 dls For recycle. I took it cause it was an emergency. And the tire wasn’t even the right size. Later that they I went to an other place took the right size tire for 80 dls the whole thing. I will never go back to them.

100% RECOMMEND COMING HERE!! Been coming here for years now, and absolutely love it. Isaac and his team are the kindest more caring people and i've never felt more comfortable. Isaac doesn't dance around, he tell you the problems and gives you the price straight. He also shows you why it's priced like that and takes you step by step on how he's going to fix your car. I put all my trust in him and his team. If I could give him 10 stars I would.

I have been going to Quality Tire for over 6 years now. I originally came there after getting a botched fuel pump repair from a place in Santa Monica and I've been coming to QT ever since. I have a 1998 Isuzu Rodeo that has stayed in great condition because of the team there. As you can imagine driving an older car- things break - it comes with the territory. Isaac has always given me excellent repair service at a great price highly recommended!

I've been going here for over 5 years with my trusty 2002 Toyota Four Runner. My SUV has never let me down and neither has Isaac and the Quality Tire Crew. I've had tires fixed and replaced, AC fixed, oil changes, and 100,000 servicing done. Love the service and honest, reasonable pricing.

The owner had me waiting for 4 hours after promising to come pick up my vehicle. If they weren't able or were unwilling to provide the extra service that would've been perfectly understandable. Long story short, after waiting for hours I decided to just walk in and buy the tire (which he had said he set aside for me) and when I got there, he didn't even have the tire, tried to offer to patch one and sell it to me even though he knew it was the wrong size, and then called me names when he thought I couldn't hear him. F this guy, and f this shop. Save yourselves the frustration, I assure you it isn't worth it.

great service! i went to a place up the street, they didn't have the replacement part to fix my brake system in stock and there estimate seemed completely absurd. they also said it would take them at least a few days to get the part in stock. i came into this place just to see what my options were. the guy behind the counter was super friendly, gave me a lower estimate and had the part there in literally 45 minutes. i don't usually write these reviews but the guy, (i think he was the manager) really went the extra mile, and had me back on the street asap. thanks!

Beware - possibly only if you are a woman - This guy will try to rip you off!!! I took my car here to have the brakes checked before taking it to two other places. He gave me a list of things wrong adding up to almost $1000. One of the things he said was my roters were warped. Not true! Totally lying. And all his prices were twice as much as the other places. He thought I was an idiot and was trying to gouge me. Scummy.
