If I could give them 10,000 stars, I would! $15 to repair my bad tire and put it back on my car in less than 15 minutes in horrific weather. They even blew the pine needles out of my trunk just to be nice!

These guys are great: very fair and trustworthy. I've been to this shop a number of times with tire problems, and they always take care of me and quickly too. 1st car went for slow leak...serviced right away..valve stem was loose..tightened.. 2nd car four brand new tires (High quality tires) all season tires best price around the city HIGHLY RECOMMEND‼️

We discovered we had a flat tire minutes before leaving to go out of town. On a Friday evening, our options were limited. So we put air in the tire and carefully headed to Quality Tires. We pulled in, the guys took our tire off, pulled out a screw, patched the tire, checked it, put it back on—all in about 10-15 minutes. They were super helpful, nice and did it all for a great price. It was better than we could have imagined—and worth a great tip!

Hard working and fast service. Prices were very reasonable. It's a shame that they are now after being there for so many years now are having problems with the neighborhood association. It's not fair.

I went and got a 225/50 tire from them and the service was quick. Then after, I locked myself out my car and they used screw drivers and a metal hook to squeeze in between the door. Once it got through, they lashed onto the truck lever and pulled it up, opening the truck. I’ll recommend them, they’re very friendly too.

Now there are some very nice gentleman work here, very respectful. I called told them I had a flat stuck on the side of the road wanted to buy a tire. One of the workers come to me, changed the tire to the spare, got me to his shop and fixed my tire, now that's incredible! I will make this shop my number one for a flat tire in the future.

This place is a ripoff. The guy charged $10 for pulling a nail that was not stuck in the tire. He stated for finding it . The customer was the one who showed it to him.

Quality Tires, LLC is my go-to shop for discount tires in Baltimore. The owner and his employee always aim to please with great customer service and they get you in and out in a timely fashion. I just left there over thirty minutes ago, and almost witnessed a fight between the employee and some disgruntled customer. The latter didn't want to honor the agreed upon price and proceeded to block the owner from changing his front tires. It could have went left but thankfully no one was hurt. They have always been upfront regarding the service costs. It's a shame to see someone trying to get over on hard working people!

Words can’t even begin to express how much we LOVE the friendly & superb customer service we receive every single time from Mr.Bright & his staff! They’ve literally come to both me & my mom’s rescue w/our cars when my husband’s been working out of town! So much so, that he tells me if there are ever any concerns with our vehicles, & he’s not home, we’re always to call Mr. Bright, period!❤️
