These are the kindest and most efficient individuals that I believe I've ever met! They provide honest and excellent car repair service. They treat you with respect and are upfront and honest with you... Yes, I used honest twice because it's refreshing to see a car repair service company that is. All the owners and employees are extremely kind and courteous. This was my first visit and I'll be taking my vehicle to them for everything possible.

Had a car issue that continued to persist, after searching for reliable car places I stumbled upon Quality Transmission. I decided to try it out after all the good reviews and it was definitely worth it. From the moment I got there I was immediately greeted by the staff, had a profile made and they looked at my car within minutes. Instead of charging me a ridiculous price to fix a fake issue, they gave me a free inspection and did a minor tune up. After a quick oil change I was on my way and my car has been running a lot smoother since. I definitely recommend to anyone that needs a car fixed and can’t find a reliable mechanic!

Took my friends 2010 kia sedona for a vibration somewhere and after changing tires, cv joints, motor mounts and nothing was resolved. Our people at JIG AUTO REPAIR referred us to Quality Transmission in Bithlo. They drove car, put on lift, checked all fluids and then drove with me in car to see if we could pinpoint the "clunck" we had heard several times earlier thinking this might be causing the vibration, however we could not duplicate that issue so no service was needed at this time The reason for this review is they spent about an hour checking out our car and did not charge me a single penny. I don't find service like this anywhere so when time comes for Transmission issues I will definitely come here. Also the people there were very professional and very nice..At this point I would definitely recommend QUALITY TRANSMISSION...

I had a transmission problem, where the car (Suburban 2019. 150.000miles) intermittently vibrates and makes grinding noice. Just by my verbal description was enough for Jose (owner) to diagnose the tork converter problem, which was confirmed by a test drive. 3 days later, I got the car today and it is fixed. It is way too early for a definitive conclusion and I will update my post if things change. However, the staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable. I felt very confident to have my car serviced by them and I will use their services in future as well

I have taken my Toyota van to Quality Transmission a few times to have repair work done. I know they can be trusted to make certain that the repairs are done well for a fair price. I highly recommend this repair shop for transmission work as well as other repairs a vehicle may require.

First thing is if I would’ve known they were in Bithlo i definitely would’ve passed. My transmission was sent there to be serviced. Got it back and it went out about 12,000 miles later. Paid $2,800 for that job. Sent it back they tried charging me another $2,800 and then said wait its completely burned out not its gonna be $4,900. Tried offering me another 1 year 12,000 mile warranty and then after calling they changed it to 3yr 36,000 mile warranty. So why didn’t I get that offer the first time? Save your time and money from this place. I looked at my old transmission and noticed old parts that were painted over like from a junk yard. Sometimes places use shutter fix so it runs for like a year at best. This shop needs to be investigated for fraud and ethics. The owners wife answers the phones so that tells me right away who runs the show. Just a terrible place to bring your vehicle!!!!!

While the people were nice and the work seems to be good, the price of the work was excessive. The websites I checked for prices said the work should run from $1800-$3000 I was charged $4000. They told me I needed my clutch rebuilt, even though it had been repaired 6 months earlier. I think one could find just as good work at more reasonable prices.
