Literally stood waiting and people working there seen me and still didn’t come to help until 10 minutes. One of the workers came to the front, made eye contact, and left. Never coming here again. If they went to the back to alert someone- welp, they should’ve let me know before leaving in silence. Anyways, this place isn’t horrible, but there’s better places to go that are less expensive as well.

Went in for a transmission fluid flush because I got a new auction car I'm working on tried to up sale me on a new pan. Now I magically have leaks my Mobile mechanic looked at it and said it wasn't damaged when always strip the plug.so as an experiment I sent a 300 with a brake problem to them and of course the same issue with your pans damaged. I'm never recommending this place

Love coming here they give me the best service ever definitely recommend coming here for oil changes, break, and stocks. Definitely loved how friendly Tanna was and shout out to her great customer service!! Keep up the good work Tanna & Mike definitely will be returning soon

Don't show up 25 minutes before they close and have no one there waiting... they won't smog your car which only take 15 minutes. They would've had 10 minutes to still close up.

Mike is a really nice guy . He’s the guy who can do anything for cheaper and better . Highly recommended and also the girl in the office is nice too she knows how to deal with the customers nicely . Appreciate you guys for everything!

My car needed a desperate oil change and called QT to find out about the price for my oil change. The person on the other side of the call was very helpful providing me with all I needed as well as recommended that I go to their website for coupons. I took my car in first thing Saturday morning arrive before they opened and to my surprise when they finally open, the office clerk/representative at the counter had all the information from my vehicle and was pretty set up to take my car in for service I waited there in the shop For my vehicle, and I was very impressed. By the way she service everyone that called and walked into the store she was very friendly and knowledgeable I can also say I felt the difference in my vehicle as soon as I got in and drove home it feels smoother and runs better Highly Recommended.
