The tech did not know how to take apart my air condition high pressure port. We (I helped) damaged the line trying to remove the recharge port. The shop wanted $700 to replace and recharge my system. The part at AutoZone was $100 and took me 1 hour to replace. When I took the old service line out any tried to remove the port it came apart in a different location than where they told me it needed to come apart. I will not be going back to that location for any work on my vehicles. Update: The response from the owner is wrong. The tech that was working on my ac line did NOT know what he was doing. He tried taking apart the high pressure port at the wrong location. Don’t trust this shop of mechanics.

Prompt and friendly service. Inspected my fluids and filters after oil change. Changed my filters and van runs better. Been coming here for 2 years now and will continue to do so.

The Quality Tune-Up team on McKee is always quick and easy to work with. They deliver excellent service under their estimate times and are always very friendly! RED FLAG! DO NOT bring your car here. It is my duty to let you know after costed me $1500 lesson. Here is the reason. My daughter’s car has been servicing at the Honda dealer for a while. The last time we had the service the dealer was about a month or two ago regarding to the EVAP system. The dealer checked everything else and nothing needs to attention or fix. The car was due for oil change last week, then my daughter want to bring her car to this place to do oil change since it is very close to our place (walking distance & convenient), I thought would be using this place for future car repairs since it is so convenient. After the oil change my daughter said her car keeps showing Check Charging System indicator. It seems odd that alternate failed after oil changed, so I decided to bring back to car to dealer (instead of this place). The problem is drive belt was poked a hole, caused alternator, then caused the battery dead. The bell is still very good condition, no worn out sign, but you can see through a hole. What would likely cause a good condition drive belt has a hole? I thought to give this business a chance by bring my car to this place which costed me $1500 lesson to fix the drive belt, alternator, and the battery at the dealer. So, I want to warm others to think twice before bring your car to this Quality Repair place.
