I came in last Sunday to get my transmission fluids changed. They got me in and I was out within an hour. Very nice people place was clean. Just maybe have that AC going it was a little warm in the waiting room.. lol

This place has always taken care of me always willing to work with ya and they let you bring your own oil and oil filters. Everyone there is really nice and honest!

4.5 no less and no more, but, I'm too darn nice. Customers who sit and have their device media compete with the TV in the lobby is a NO GO. TV is BLARING. That could be the one reason why people can go a liiiiittle crazy. I learned the hard way: a better deal would've been to call a month in advance, tell all the vehicle's info and have him order all the necessary stuff for the oil change. Done.

Couldn't provide me the service I needed, STAR certified. Sent me to Progressive Smog on 33rd Ave, which you should totally avoid. Wasted my time with both businesses.

Do not come here for a smog check. They will charge you for the initial inspection, and if it doesn’t pass they charge you 50% of the original price whereas other shops don’t charge a penny. I spend $80 for a smog. The front desk lady just hid in the back till I went around to go get her so I can pay the extra $30. While I was waiting, there was another customer complaining because she’s been there for over 3 hours. Avoid this place. Will not come back for anything.

Everyone at Quality Tune-up were EXTREMELY HELPFUL, and HONESTLY I have never had better service anywhere!!! Also like to give a shout out to Gabriel, I don't know anything about cars, but with Gabriel's attention to detail, while also making it easy for me to understand, was VERY IMPRESSIVE!! I KNOW THERE ARE COUNTLESS GARAGES AROUND THE GREATER SACRAMENTO AREA, BUT I WOULD HAPPILY DRIVE OUT OF MY WAY TO HAVE MY VEHICLE(s) SERVICED BY QUALITY & GABRIEL OVER ON FLORIN AND 22nd. THEY EARNED THE 5 STARS AND THEN SOME!!!

Here with the short Mexican girl name Maria she is very rude and disrespectful she didn’t care about my concern about my car when I spend over 2,000 dollars, but she is so unprofessional in so many ways yall don’t go there this place is expensive and the girl have a ugly attitude and customers service is horrible

I wish there was a zero star response. They are slow, lazy, unprofessional filthy. They use the same paper for each floor, mat and each car. They don’t wash your hands before they touch your car or your steering wheel or your seats and their prices are too high. I believe that they will take advantage of an unladen educated customer like myself

Went in for a oil change they were honest and straight forward the price was not bad considering inflation. They got my car running like a champ now.
