I highly recommend this place to do your car service. They took care of my Car really good. And they did the job real quick, I would like to mention that the front desk representative is so friendly and polite I really enjoyed to be having a nice conversation with Her during the time I was waiting for my car.

I just left Quality Tune Up Shops at 2545 Arden Way and Fulton in Sacramento, CA. I waited exactly 15 minutes for service and I was never acknowledged. I was parked at the entrance of one of the bays with my windows down. There was no one ahead of me and no one behind me. There were three employees in the garage. One was under the hood of a vehicle. When he was done, he got into that truck and took off, driving right past me. The two remaining men walked around in the garage, not working on any vehicles at all. One came out and looked around and went back inside. I don't know if they don't like women. I don't know if they don't like Black people. I will never go back! And I definitely do not recommend this shop. I speak for this one and only this Quality Tune Up Shop alone. Horrible customer service! Consider yourself warned! I saw their response. I still feel it was extremely rude and disrespectful to walk around me as though I was invisible and never acknowledge me, especially when there were no other customers. They obviously did not want my business.

Shout out to tannah and the crew at quality tune up. They took care of my Escalade and we're honest and awesome from the start not only did they fix the problem for half the cost of the people across the street who tried to rob me but they did it with integrity kindness and I would definitely recommend them to anybody who has vehicle needs

Right from my arrival, Tannah was very helpful, great communication skills, and overall very understanding. She went above and beyond and looked at different services and options available for my vehicle’s needs. She made me feel comfortable and welcoming and made sure to explain in detail every service being provided. She is great and definitely coming back thanks to her. Thank you for being a great person.

This used to be a good repair shop but after 2 bad diagnosis and an overpriced oil change I' ll never go back. People stay away from this place and save your money! (Edit ) to the owner: that's bs. Your mechanic doesn't have an idea of what he's doing. When I made some questions his only response was "I don't know". Besides I was charged $29.00 dlls for an oil filter that was supposed to be included with the oil change package.

I only gave 1 star because I have to in order to write this review but I GIVE THE 0 STARS I took my vehicle for repair for an engine light. I am using my aftermarket warranty to offset some of the cost. So they open a claim through my warranty to do the repairs and I am to pay my $500 deductible. I got a call my car was finished so I paid my deductible got my car and pulled out the parking lot. My car started jerking immediately so I turned around and took it back. This was Saturday and they asked me to bring it back Monday so I did. When I brought the car back they are now saying my warranty does not cover the fuel pump that needs to be replaced. I was not told the fuel pump needed to be replaced initially I found this suspicious so I contact my aftermarket warranty adjuster and found out the adjuster in fact DID authorized the fuel pump when I first brought the car in but Quality never did the repair. Instead they did the other authorized repairs told me to pay my deductible which I did and let me drive off the lot under the impression everything that was authorized was repaired. I come to find out Quality did not want to go through my warranty for the fuel pump due to cost so they never told me it was an authorized repair and now want me to purchase the fuel pump through Quality and leave me with the whole $800 bill. So instead of them getting $500 to complete EVERYTHING they are trying to charge me an additional $800. When they should have told me from the beginning they did not want to go through my warranty for the fuel pump. If they would have told me the truth I would have took my car elsewhere where I could have gotten all authorized repairs done for my $500 deductible PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!! PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!! I will be filing a civil suit

Quality is always my go too. Tannah is Always so helpful and gives me topnotch service! I had got here 30 mins before closing and she still got my car done before closing! Thank Yu Tannah for getting me in and Thank you Paul for getting the work done!

Yesterday, was 5 stars service it a female worker is very good worker and easy going in our communicating and open both ears to ears. Right now, her day off will not be back on Thursday, front desk of switch manager has a hard attitude and kind of listen as 70 percentage this morning and this afternoon, and I ware of Africa of sout America did show up and he involved with someone were disburbs my car has been caught him. I disliked it play with my emotions by them. Whete is respected of entertainment. He don't understand of the English

Tannah took great care of us! We will be coming back to her for our tuneup needs in the near future. She broke down the entire process in a way that was easy to understand, and didn't pressure us into anything at the time. She made sure to highlight what was strictly necessary for repair on the day we went in, and was friendly and knowledgeable the entire time. :) 5/5 and would rate higher if I could!!

I highly recommend this location for smog check. I look forward to seeing them for any other service I need. Tannah at the front desk was amazing, and Pedro completed the smog check and was very kind. The service was outstanding.
