Qualtech is absolutely amazing!!! Robert helped me last time with 3 cars. One of which they didn't make anymore. He spent so much time trying to find a solution and he did. Very personal, honest, and they are always smiling when you walk thru the door. Thank you to everyone who works here. We have been going here for years and will continue.

* Unfortunately, I'm lowering my review to 1 star. After receiving the below diagnosis from QualTech, I purchased the two hoses that the diagnostic report stated that were at fault. Today, I began the repair on my vehicle. The hoses on my vehicle are not damaged. The fault is caused due to a broken connecting nozzle that is a different part and part number. The diagnosis was incorrect. QualTech was able to diagnose the issue with my S550 where Mercedes of Georgetown could not. Brandon - thanks for getting me into the shop so quickly and for the great communication.

My car broke down and I had to get it towed to a shop ASAP. QualTech upon arrival had my truck diagnosed and back on the road in a hours time! I am not sure how often this happens to others but, there it happened to me. I am truly blessed to call them my mechanic shop. Thank you very much.

They put a fresh scratch on my car and charged me $100 to tell me nothing was wrong with it. I do think they profiled me as a woman with a somewhat nice car.

The best in Austin!! Extremely fast and easy process getting a repair complete on our SUV. We dropped off our SUV at 330p for repairs and was called by 930a the next morning that it was ready to go. Amazing! Will definitely be taking our vehicles to QualTech Automotive for all routine maintenance and any service needed! Also Robert was the best and great to work with!

I took my car in for a transmission service and Robert took great care of me. He noticed some issues with my suspension and dealt with my extended warranty company. He got everything approved and made the process painless. He kept me updated, informed and even gave me a ride to my house. I’ll definitely be only using Qual Tech for all my future repairs! I wouldn’t bring my car back here again. I made an appt for Monday morning the week prior and was told I would have it back by Tuesday if I brought it in Monday instead of mid week the week before which would be 48 hours instead of 24. It still took 48. I made the appt and explained in detail the appt was to check the suspension on the car. I was told there was a $87.50 diagnostic fee. I agreed. I said while the car was there I needed the O2 sensor repaired. They said fine. My daughter dropped the car off Monday morning and they called me later that morning to get the details again on the suspension and what they were looking at. I explained again and mentioned the O2 sensor again as well. Wednesday afternoon someone calls me and said they looked at the car and the O2 sensor needs repair. It was $420 which included a $175 diagnostic fee. I asked why the fee if I already had that piece diagnosed and asked for that repair. He said it’s standard to check themselves. No other conversations mentioned $175 fee!!!! I asked why $175 instead of the $87.50. He said the diagnostic fee changes by type of repair. I asked about the suspension. He said he had no idea they were checking suspension and he would call me back. About 10 mins later said the suspension was fine, no issues. I guess it’s that quick to check?!? I don’t feel sure it was thoroughly checked and that my son will be safe driving it. They basically took 2 days to diagnose what I told them was wrong and charged me $175 for that. And didn’t look into what the actual issue I needed diagnosed was at all. So hidden fees, no communication and wasted time and money. Unfortunate experience overall. I should have stuck with the dealer like I usually do. You pay more but you get thorough service done! Never again!!
