Gloria at the front desk was great! I booked an appointment for my wife's car for an evaluation of the suspension, but through some miscommunication, she thought it was an Acura, not an Audi. When we arrived and discovered the issue, they don't work on European cars, she immediately called the shop next door, CLT Euroworks, and got us connected to them. She went above and beyond to help us out.

I called the shop on a Monday at 8 and was told to bring my Toyota right over. They had all my information and the whole drop off process was so easy. My car was back in a week after repairs. It was washed and looking spiffy. The ladies at the front are wonderful Pam is super helpful and they explained everything to me. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

I’ve been a die hard fan of this establishment for a few years now. That was until today. I’m a teacher and it’s hard for me to get things done after work. I called Queen City Auto Repair on Wednesday 5/31 to ask how late can I come on Friday for an oil change and tire rotation. I explained I’m a teacher and I would be there at 4:00pm Friday 6/1. The gentleman responded “sounds good”. On Friday 6/1 I called Queen City Auto Repair at 2:30pm to ensure it could still come at 4:00pm Friday 6/1. The woman on the phone said that was fine. I arrived at 4:00pm Friday 6/1 and the woman I spoke to on the phone was at the front the desk. I recognized her voice. I was happy because I was sure she would remember. She acted so confused and stated it’s just too late in the day. I’ve come in 30 minutes before closing and one of the men understood I was a teacher trying my best to honor their time. He was nice enough to service me. That was the main reason I loved Queen City Auto Repair. Today left a horrible taste in my mouth. The woman behind the counter was so rude and not helpful at all.

My college daughter had an apt to get her AC repaired. She shows up on time - the place is closed. She calls and there is a message that someone is in the hospital. What?!!! Is there only ONE mechanic here? And NO STAFF to alert customers who have appointments to reschedule? I'm sorry there was a medical emergency of some sort, but this is rinky-dink service. The best ability is AVAILABILITY.

Queen City Auto worked on both of my vehicles. They have friendly service, great prices and are honest. A/C works amazingly and ball joints are going strong. Even when an emergency came up at the shop; communication was still open. I'll be returning.

What a great place...last week, a dishonest mechanic tried to lie and charge me for repairs my car DID NOT NEED. Today the honest people at Queen City Auto Repair did a full diagnostic testing and told me NOTHING was needed on my car. It was a minor hiccup with my coolant, and my car is in great shape. Until today, I didn't think honest mechanics existed. I will not go anywhere else. If you want honesty and great rates, Queen City Auto is where you need to go!
