They don’t answer the phone, if they call you back, it’s a month later. I had to set appointment for oil change through the main building. I arrived for my appointment told it will be hours before the get to it. While two workers sat in-front talking about drinking habits. I love Ford and the main service department especially Mel Rose who treats every customer as being important. When you buy vehicles it comes with free oil changes. I get so frustrated I will go elsewhere and pay for it, as it’s professional and on time. Customers time are valuable we work jobs. I wish the quick lane understood that. Without customer you have no business.

UPDATE: This facility has become primarily a transmission shop. . . . In between my original review, and yesterday's visit, I'd had other appointments at this Quick Lane (all good). However, after yesterday's experience, I had to update my review. If I could give this Quick Lane six stars, I would. Brandon made the whole experience effortless, and when the final tally was $350 less than estimated - all I can say is wow! This is how American businesses were once run. . . . Original review from 3 years prior: I used to do all my vehicles repairs, other than very heavy mechanical. I was happy to find an honest vehicle servicing business. One of my tests is to see what a repair facility charges for parts. The Chalmers Quick Lane parts were priced just about what I would pay for them (retail). Dan was very professional, and had a great sense of humour. Although I hope to not return too soon, I would trust the folks at Chalmers Quick Lane on Coors the next time I need service on my truck.

On the call, they claimed to be a quick lane and asked me to show up earlier, and i will have things done Guess what they're not a quick lane they woek with reservation. i showed up at 7am. to be told that my van won't be looked at until noon, so VOILA Just waste of my time and money I do not recommend this location

Everyone here was so nice. They checked with me before doing any extra work on my car. They even got me an Uber to get me back home. They're close to home, too, so I'll be back.

Quick Lane has done a phenomenal job working on my truck and fixing previous shop errors. Ed, Brandon, and Josh have given wonderful customer service, and Jeno has been extremely diligent and thorough!

TLDR: Best freaking place ever to get your vehicle serviced. I am currently full time in my RV ( named Snorlax) while I am exploring the country. Snorlax needed an oil change, and Nurse Joy was no where to be found. Seriously, I had been searching since before Thanksgiving and none of the Pokemon centers were up to the challenge. Until today. Not only were they able to handle my oil, they scanned the check engine light and gave me tons of amazing advice for maintaining Snorlax while I travel. These guys are genuine, hard-working and honest. As an RV owner it's impossible to find places that do the oil change, as a solo female traveler it is even more difficult. I did not feel uncomfortable or pressured into paying a fortune. Quite the opposite actually!! They treated me like I was an old friend and I had an amazing time hanging out, chatting while Snorlax was being serviced. They even appreciated that I call Snorlax by his name and have a plushie riding shotgun! 100% recommend these guys and I will be back if I ever need anything while in the area! This is a real deal service center for fleet vehicles. Not a quickie lube joint. Totally professional amazing quick service. If you own a newer Ford product and use dealers for service take your vehicle here instead. Much faster and defiantly friendlier.

I always use the one in Albuquerque. I won't use the one in Rio Rancho. As usual they got on my vehicle right away and in an hour or less they have finished my oil change. They're always very busy but don't let it get to them. They stay friendly with great customer service.

I have taken multiple cars to them and they did great but this time around I spent 800 on my brakes and rotors on my front brakes. The backs were good. I had them for a few weeks and noticed shaking I returned when it got bad they said the back brakes needed resurfacing and front are good so I decided to get second opinion at brake masters the found that the right front front brakes were shot and quick lane didn’t install them correctly. I will never use this company again and I suggest going to brake masters to get it done correctly. Btw I only had these brakes for a few months.

There was an issue that arose at the main dealership after a repair to my truck, Mgr. Marcos got involved and made it right, I would definitely recommend Chalmer's quick lane.

Worst place to get service. They broke my air box and refused to fix it. Lousy un and professional way to go Ford!
