I got a carfax advertisement and it had this 2011 Kia Forte for like $5435. I go there to grab it, because it's just like an old car I had, and they ask for $7+k. I really laughed and they offered me 6. I signed on it and then came back. Can't you pay more than 6? Naw, let me get outahere... I bought the car because I know it's a good purchase. They put new tires on it so that worth something.

Slow and did not do everythinh . #2Had my truck for 40 days to do the transmisson .then once finally got it they didnt xhange the trans.

They went above what they needed to do. I took my car for a master cylinder recall. They replaced the booster and master cylinder. There was a recall on the blower motor for the air conditioner. They replaced that too. I had it replaced s year and a half ago. It's restored my confidence in Ford. This dealership changed ownership last year and it changed for the better.

I miss the perks, like the free oil change after so many, the coupons that worked and my favorite sales rep Larry. I give 3 stars for their friendliness, deductions based on sales and pricing as they should offer discounts for loyal customers. I have been going there since I bought my Focus in 2014. Now that I have a truck the coupons are invalid as my truck needs more oil. I did purchase both vehicles from there and go regularly. Please provide something I could use or save the paper.

Iron City Ford the worst experience I've ever had with a Ford dealership thanks to Van the parts man still there till he quit and thanks to Jeff Anderson for his help but the rest of it terrible don't answer the phone don't call back when it says I'll call back service department terrible
