I got there at 6:23 a.m. this Quick Lane opens at 7:00 I was the very first one there closer to closer to 7:00 there was four or five people behind me and to make a long story short eight people went in front of me at 9:30 I am still there waiting on them to service my vehicle I finally asked this one gentleman not the one who waited on me cuz he wasn't very concerned but I finally asked this one gentleman if he could please find out or I asked does everybody else have an appointment because eight people have gotten their car and I was here before anyone and my car is still sitting out there waiting to be serviced so I'm not real impressed with Rusty egg at all they charged me $5,000 over my sale price on my vehicle I'm upside down on it and now the Quick Lane I'm just done with rustic

sure, they change oil. but I've also had 2 great experiences with them on tire service. they swapped my wheels and tires (all of them already mounted & balanced) as part of The Works oil change, which includes rotation.

It's great if u get sumone to help u that's good, otherwise whoever ur pera9n is 2 help u helps u thru the whole process and it's definitely not the same service with each employee. So Sunmdays when I go I get GREAT help, the next time not the case... wish they didn't do it like that.

I was called for a recall on my vehicle. I asked the agent on the phone if I could just come same day instead of scheduling an appointment. He said yes and said it will take about 2hours to fix my vehicle. I went in there, checked in @3:27pm. At 5:04, was told that they do not have parts in stock to fix the car and that I will need to reschedule. Vehicles that came in after me were being taken care of. I went ahead and asked. I was told that they had an appointment and that I walked in. I was told to initially that Quicklanes was for walk in and when you have an appointment, you can go to the service department. I just wonder why they called me in the first place for a recall on my vehicle if they do not have parts in stock. A good waist of my time. I always have terrible experience going to that place.

I bought a battery for my Ford Explorer that was supposed to be new, they charged me $224 and my wife picked up the car. When I got to my house and checked the new battery, I realized that the battery was old and full of acid, as if someone had already used the battery, I would believe that they would make you believe that it was a new battery, and it is quite the opposite. It bothers me to know that the batteries they sell you are not new. I returned the same day and the salesman who was in front of me only told me that they would simply clean it on top. They cleaned it and the mechanic came out and said that it is new only because it has a small sticker simply with the month and year. In the end I am not convinced with them that they sold me a new battery. I demand a response from the main supervisor of the store. Compre una batería para mi Ford Explorer que se suponía que era nueva, me cobraron $224 y mi esposa fue a buscar el carro. Cuando llegue a mi casa y revise la batería nueva, me di cuenta que la batería estaba vieja y llena de ácido, como si alguien ya hubiera usado la batería, yo creería que te harían creer que era una batería nueva, y es todo lo contrario. Me molesta saber que las baterías que te venden no son nuevas. Regresé el mismo día y el vendedor que estaba frente a mí solo me dijo que simplemente la limpiarían por encima. La limpiaron y salió el mecánico y dijo que es nueva solo porque tiene una pequeña calcomanía simplemente con el mes y año. Al final no me convence con ellos que me vendieron una batería nueva. Exijo una respuesta del supervisor principal de la tienda.

I scheduled an appt for an oil change and a recall issued for the tailgate of my F-150. On the phone I was transferred to Quick Lane and they assured me that they could remedy a recall issue in this department. On arrival, I verified once again with the service advisor they perform work for the recall. Over two hours go by and once finished, I was told they could not fix the recall issue and I had to go to the main service department for this. NO KIDDING. Why I spoke with 3 employees and never once was told this couldn’t be performed in Quick Lane is just laziness on their part. And why did a simple oil change take over two hours? Would I have needed to schedule two separate appointments for each item? This is the problem with separating Quick Lane from their service department and I’ve experienced this at Mel Hambelton as well. On top of that, I could tell they were scrounging around my truck to find the wheel lock for a tire rotation and I didn’t even get a car wash. I took a gamble coming here since it is closer to me, but will be returning to Don Hattan Ford from now on.

Oil change, tire rotation. They broke my wheel stud, did not tell me, and when i let them know, instead of offering a solution to fix it, the service guy was trying to argue about how that could happen. Like he doesnt know the tire has to come off when rotating it. Double check the work because they lack integrity and hide what they mess up.

The service is exactly what you would expect. I had 2 issues after my service, but both were handled to my satisfaction, which is all you can expect, for someone to stand behind their work.

I gave the quick lane another chance. It was a great experience. Was given a great deal for all of the work I needed. No up sale was tried. Would recommend and will be back.

The service is excellent and everyone is friendly and helpful. I went in for an oil change and always get so much more. I really like the detailed report showing wear on my brake pads, tires, and even windshield wipers.

Had to open my business late. Came for an oil change and the included tire rotation. They said they couldn't rotate my tires because they didn't have the key to my wheel locks. Turns out it was in the glove box where I told them it was. This will probably be the last time they see any of my vehicles. Just trash. Techs don't want to do their jobs right, so my business has to suffer. Luckily their manager is decent.

I called in and asked if the garage was busy. I explained what problem i was having . Yep they were busy, but I was told to bring it on by and they will make time to look at it over. They took it from there. I left my truck in the am and got it back before close. The alignment was out of wack, the ball joints were all but gone. I was looking at offering private dances to spry seniors to cover the cost of the repair at another garage. REQL got my truck finished and saved me money. I am so grateful for Mr Stewart and his team at Rusty EckQuik Lane!!

Thanks to QuickLane at Rusty Eck Ford for fixing my passenger rear tire! I know it was really funny about Jiffy Lube not being able to patch it, and also wanted to charge me over $200 to replace my tire, seriously that’s a laugh!🤣 I’m glad I got to QuickLane just in time and in less than an hour patched my tire up after having a large nail in it, made it look like new again and No Labor share, for only less than $30 😃 Thanks QuickLane for saving my wheel 🛞 on my 2020 Nissan Rogue!💙🤝💙🤝
