Finding parking is the only tough part of getting an oil change here. That being said, the place is clean and has a great waiting area with plenty of chargers and free WiFi. Staff was to the point and didn't try any add on sell tactics. Price is fair and if you have Ford Pass Rewards the rewards are honored here. They can look everything up with your Ford Pass Rewards Member number.

Google and the sign on the front door says the hours are until 7:00 PM on Friday. I arrived at 6:00 to drop a truck off for service. They were closed. I have no problem working around their hours of operation as long as they abide by their own scheduling. Right now, I feel like I am shooting at a moving target. I hate wasting my time.

Wasted money and time. Ordered set of tires for my f250 on Wednesday they said Friday will install then nothing happened. Saturday 4:22 pm and they said machine to install won’t work. Truck seated for nothing. No managers at all, credit back next Monday. Why ? Because they just take money easy but hard to put it back on your account.

Friendly staff and a good service with the coupon for the Works Package. However do not waste your time making an appointment on their website - they even admit it doesn’t matter. I had a 1220pm time, and my car wasn’t seen until just after 2pm. Finally got it back at 249pm. Thank goodness I had the afternoon off, though not how I wanted to spend it...

I am not from the area oh, so I needed to bring my Explorer in for an oil change and new tires. I had to wait for it. The staff is so courteous! I when I got in my car it was vacuumed and they had given it a bath. I will never go anywhere else when I'm in this area! Kudos to you guys and gals!

I have taken my E450 to a lot of fleet and truck centers for maintenance and repairs! This place is by far the best out there! They called and td me the number 4 injector was bad along with the turbo was shot, thats the reason for getting work done. I will definitely use these guys again for everything! Thanks Brandon Flowers for helping us out!
