After 20 years, we are no longer happy with Quick Lane. Our guys (TJ and Harris) are gone and the service and prices under new staff are terrible. #QuickLane #billcurrieford They keep your car for days and don’t get the job done. Expensive. Poor communication. Terrible service. 4 vehicles lost!

This has been my go-to shop for 10yrs. It felt like a real neighborhood shop that you could trust. TJ and Harris always went above and beyond to make sure all 3 of our vehicles were properly serviced and the pricing was fair. The communication was outstanding. We always knew how long we would be without a vehicle. I am so upset to learn that the place has been taken over by new management and TJ and Harris are gone. The girl that answered the phone when I called told me they were no longer there and seemed to care less how long I had been a customer or if I continued to bring my vehicles in. No manager on site for me to speak to either. I ended up just taking my truck to Take 5 for the oil change and will no longer be taking our vehicles to Quick Lanes. Word is spreading through the area as well. I have heard many people are experiencing terrible service now. So sad.

This place absolutely really knows how to take someone’s money. We brought our car over to check what’s wrong with the battery. I told them, the battery is just renewed, so the problem is not in the battery. The girl with red hair said it could be the malfunction of the alternator. They didn't give us any call back after nearly 5 hours when we were waiting for them to know what’s wrong with the car. Then when we called them back to check, they said the problem was in the alternator and the total cost to fix it would be 700 dollars. We said we could bring the car back to fix it on our own. They charged us $244 for diagnosing the car. First of all, why the diagnosis takes so long? You guys just make money out of that? You guys already knew the problem from the start. I hope you know why your business is going down and look back at the way you make money from this business, the dirty tricks never make you stay long.

I dropped my car off last night so it could be done this AM for an oil change (my usual routine). I called a total of 3x throughout the day & they didn’t get to my car until almost 1:30pm & said they would call once they were done but when i asked for an estimated time they couldn’t give an estimated time which i thought was weird. it was 4:30pm (they close at 5pm) & they haven’t called yet. So i called ONCE AGAIN & they told me my car was ready. Throughout the day when i was calling to check on my car the person who answered the phone seemed annoyed i was calling. mind you, I been getting my car serviced here for YEARS with the same routine of dropping my car off the night before & my car was ALWAYS ready before noon or by noon & o would receive phone calls about my car. but not today. the staff was a totally different staff. i didn’t recognize anyone so idk if this place is under new management or what. I know when TJ the store manager was there & the other original staff members that worked with him were there the customer service was PRESTIGE. very disappointed about how long a CAR OIL CHANGE took.

Id skip this place. Walked in , no greeting, no nothing, stood while this girl chatted with other employees, rude, no thanks. Take business elsewhere

I brought my car in for oil change. The service was excellent! Very affordable and quick. Definitely will be coming there again when need it. A+++!!!

I've come here for years and do not know why I've never written a review. TJ and all staff are amazing! Professional, informative and courteous. I would say above their job descriptions!

The guys at Quick Lane are helpful. When I drop off my vehicle, they patiently listen to my concerns or requests and get me out of there as quickly as possible. I have been going here for about 3 years, and have no complaints. Good service and fair prices.

This place is very unprofessional. They did a terrible job on my dad‘s truck. It seems worse now than it was before. It went in paid over $1600 to get the truck fixed and it’s still not starting. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I have to spend more money and take it back to a different mechanic, this is the worst experience that I ever had. I will never take none of my vehicles there and the manager that guy is really ruthless and has a mean attitude when I went in morning I say good morning. He didn’t say anything bad that’s really rude disrespectful and unprofessional.

Me hicieron un cambio de aceite a mi mini cooper y no me recetiaron el sistema y cuando regrese me dijeron que tenia que ir a la agencia para que me lo hicieran . Si no saben hacer el trabajo completo porque no me lo dijeron, son unos irresponsables. Los voy a reportar al departamento de quejas al consumidor y tendrán que reembolsarme el dinero porque el trabajo no estuvo terminado

On Saturday I was called and told my car was ready 25 minutes before closing. I busted my posterior getting there so I could get my car and not have to call out of work on Monday morning. When I arrived I was told my car wasn't ready and they don't know when it will be. Super fun. Edit to Owner: I'm not upset the car wasn't ready. Life happens. I'm upset you told me it was ready when it wasn't. I wasted time, energy, effort getting there when my car wasn't done. I'd like to know how much of your time is appropriate to waste? Edit 2: So you assumed I was someone else, didn't verify which car I was asking about and sent me home when I could have had my car the entire time. Wow. Just wow.

Over a week ago took my truck in to get an oil change and the tires rotated and balanced. On looking out at the guy working on my truck, he had just started doing the balance and rotate. I saw that he was not balancing the wheels I mentioned that this was rotate and balance, which he then did. When he went to the other side he took off the front wheel and balanced it and put it back on the front. I said that that was suppose to go on the rear. On the way home I noticed that the air pressure sensors were reading 30,34,33 and 32 should all have been 36. I adjusted my tire pressures and decided to check the rest of my fluids none had been topped up. I called to talk with TJ about how unhappy I was with the service, he was not available so I left a message for him to call, I’ve not heard anything. Very disappointed in the service here, I will not go back.

Took my car to this place to have my spark plugs changed, mind you nothing was wrong with car I felt like it was just time to change them. I took it back because oil was leaking which I’ve never had an oil leak, they tell me the oil housing cracked, so how all of a sudden that happens. Now I have a rough idling problem which is probably my spark plugs, went and bought new wiring because of course all they did was put spark plugs in. Car still having a rough idling, now I got to take my car to the dealership to make sure I got the right spark plugs and they were properly installed. I had a gut feeling that the young guy who did the job, didn’t do a good job because I’m a woman with a Dodge charger.

I absolutely love this place!!! I have been coming here for 3-4 years and I trust them more than the dealership. Everyone is extremely friendly and I never feel like I have to take a man so I don’t get ripped off. Very professional and thorough! Good job! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 This was a review I left 2 years ago! I gave them 5 stars. I have never taken my car anywhere else. I decided to pop my own hood and found out they haven’t been taking care of car. The oil lid doesn’t fit my engine. My dip stick doesn’t have a handle. Oil has been splashing under my hood bc the lid doesn’t fit. I’m highly disappointed. Ladies, please check your vehicle when you leave there. Bc they lack accountability and won’t tell you that they lost your oil cap and broke your dip stick. Also, the mileage they put on my paperwork was 191,000. I still haven’t reached that mileage yet and that was in August. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!

Very pleased with my experience- fast, affordable, and friendly. I dropped my car off for a mirror replacement, oil change, and tire rotation and picked it up a couple hours later. Spencer assisted me with my orders and was extremely helpful. Will be going back for more services.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. This is the second bad experience I have had with this repair shop, so I'll never be back. They performed a wheel sensor replacement for me a couple of months ago. This is a common problem and one of the sensors is bad again. Maybe the one they replaced, maybe another one. I made an appointment to have this sensor replaced and drove an hour to the shop this morning. This service manager knew I was coming from an hour away for this service. They verified that the wheel sensor is bad and told me they can't have the part until Monday. If they didn't stock the part, they should have told me before I drove an hour (each way). Their excuse was that they had to verify the problem themselves. Not the point. They should have told me that I would have to make a second trip since they don't stock the part. I'll never be back to Quicklane!

On my way from a work appointment my car had started smoking. I took it in and they got it in right away and said that just a plastic bag he gotten stuck on my exhaust to my relief. The whole staff was so friendly and they barley charged me anything for working on my car for at least a hour to make sure the bag was completely cleaned off (it had to of been melted pretty bad it was really smoking). The have a spacious waiting area with glass to see them working on your car, coffee, vending machines. Would definietly recommend!

Stopped in on a Saturday morning for an oil change and tire rotation. I didn't have an appt but TJ got me right in and Jimmy had my oil change and rotation done quickly. I chose Quick Lane because I have used them for NitroFill in the past and they always do it free if charge. Highly recommend this place and they'll have a return customer in me for sure.

Used them for many years. Always had great service up until a few months ago. Took my truck in for an oil change; two days later low oil light. Vehicle was two quarts low on oil. Sent message of notification on incident and never heard back from them.
