Hands down the best experience I have had dealing with a Service center!! Kelli does a knock out job at making sure our vehicles are completed in a timely manner. Our organization deals with patient care and transport and she understands the crucial sensitivity of downtime. Great communication is key and Kelli is a master of it!!! Hat off for her and her team that has helped get our fleet of 150+ vehicles up to par!! We greatly appreciate you Kelli!!!

Quick Lane has been fantastic at Chastang. Kelli Campbell is friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly communicates exceptionally well. Service industries have a tough time right now between staffing and supply chain issues but Chastang’s team works well within that environment and is efficient with my time. I choose Chastang over closer dealer service department because of this service and my confidence they will do things right.

They were very honest with the time frames I was looking at and constantly kept me up to date with what they were doing with my truck. Wow le meilleur service reçu dans un détaillant ford,rapide courtois et professionnel,. Changement d'huile, vérification de la pression des pneu,ajustement des phares trop haut et à la dernière minute je leur est demander si il pouvait vérifier mon filtre à air,pas de problème, vicki Campbell la receptoniste est allé elle même sortir le filtre et le nettoyer parce que très rare et impossible d'en avoir un neuf.10 minutes après ,elle me dit qu un fournisseurs en avait trouver un et qu il pouvait le remplacer si je patientais un peu . I think they should have a mechanic for customers that walk in to get oil changes. It was going to take hours to do oil change no a lot of people have the time to wait this long. And the fact that they are a service department they know they’re going to have walk-ins.
