Do not take your car here. I’ve never dropped my car off for a simple oil change where it hasn’t taken 7 or 8 hours, appointment or not. Today I dropped my car off at 11:45 and they didn’t even start working on it until 6:45 and they close at 7:00. I dread every time I need to get my car serviced here.

Beware. I have been coming to Mel Hambelton Quick Lane since they opened and have seen this place go down hill quickly over the last year or so. I have had all four of my vehicles serviced here and one by one they have not met expectations. Since their "appointments " don't actually mean you are scheduled at a specific time, just another first-in-first-out customer, I dropped in for a quick oil change around 12:00pm today (Saturday). I was asked if I was "waiting" for it or "dropping off" and pick it up later in the day. I said it could just drop off and then they said how about leaving it over the weekend and they would "get it in" on Monday! What?! What's the point of them asking and then disclosing they needed it over the weekend? Nothing "quick" about this Quick Lane service shop. I'll be taking all of my vehicles elsewhere. And I haven't even mentioned the leaking brake line after the last brake service I had done here. They're going down fast.

Don't think scheduling an appointment means you will be given any priority. We have taken all our vehicles here for years. Last few times have been horrendous for the amount of time you waste. Will be moving the business for all 5 of our cars somewhere else. Been more and more disappointed evrytime we take a vehicle here. It's not the quality of work I have an issue with its the fact you can pretty much guarantee your whole day will be wasted. Watch out for bogus up sales as well. Told my wife her alignment was in bad shape, I told her not to get it done as there was no pulling or tire ware,magically next time alignment had apparently fixed itself.. smh do better quick lane!

I scheduled a tire balancing for 8:00 am because I had an evening shift at 4:30. When scheduling the appointment I made them aware that I had a shift to work and I was assured that I would be ready. How is it that I dropped my vehicle off at an 8:00 am appointment and it wasn’t even looked at until 3:30? Absolutely appalling.

AVOID!! I made an appointment for 7:00 am, and when I arrived the drive was already so backed up with cars that I couldn't even turn in off the road. I don't know what an appointment at Mel Hambelton Quick Lane is actually for, but I am certain that they do not know, either. I had planned my day and even my travel plans for the week around that appointment, and it was just a huge waste of my time. This was my first experience with Mel Hambelton Ford and it will certainly be my LAST. Zero stars.

I had an 11A.M. appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. I dropped off the vehicle about a quarter til and was told it would be ready between 3 and 5. When I returned at 4:45 they had not even began working on my vehicle. I took the vehicle and left. These people are dishonest and incompetent. They have no customer service. Avoid mel hambelton's quick lane, it's a joke.

Why go to Jiffy Lube and get a good price and be done in 30 minutes when you could leave your car all day at Mel Hamilton Quick (using that term loosely) Lane with an appointment and spend all afternoon there and pay 3 times as much 🙄 Seriously though, don't go there!

Charissa was great! Called her at 4 and asked if I could get both of my cars in for an oil change tire rotation and the air cabin filters changed. Was done and on my way home before 515 and she had them washed! If you need help call Charissa.

Terrible customer service. Your time means nothing to them. You can schedule and appointment and when you arrive, 10 cars will pull in and automatically be ahead of you. There is nothing "quick" about their quick lube. Other times I have waited inside for my car for hours for just an oil change. We purchased our vehicle from Mel Hambilton brand new in 2022. We made the HUGE mistake of including a service package. Now we are stuck with this hideous business unless we want to go somewhere else and pay for oil changes that we have already paid for through the package. Believe all the other negative reviews. They are true. Ridiculous. Shame on them. I won't buy another Ford because of this experience.

Less than hour wait. Great job. Quick Lane was very helpful. I had a nail in my tire. I dropped the tire off 10 minutes before closing on Saturday. Replaced with spare. Picked up repaired tire on Monday. I was happy to have my vehicle in service for the weekend. Thank you.

I called to have an oil change done on my pv was told wait time was just over an hour. I arrived at the facility within 3 minutes of my call and they stated it was then 3 to 4 hours. Not really a fan of misi formation to get customers thru the doors.
