Called ahead and told them my car may need a tune and some air conditioner work, asked to make an appointment. I was specifically told that I would not need an appointment, and could just drop it off on my lunch break, get a ride back to work, and get picked up again. I thought that was exceptional. Showed up the following week, and was directed to the service department by the front desk. Showed up to the service, and asked them about what I needed. I was told that I needed to make an appointment, and that maybe quicklane would be helping me. I was directed to go there. Drove there, and went in and talked to a receptionist there. Started explaining what I needed and she says quicklane doesn't do that, and I needed to have made an appointment with service. I told her I called ahead, then went to service, and they told me to go there, and now I'm being told to go back to the place that sent me away not 2 minutes ago. She said she understood, and asked me what i wanted. I just said I wanted my car to be looked at. Asked her if I somehow messed something up, and if there was something I was supposed to do ahead of time to get the right result. She spoke to her service people they said not their work, needed service, she tried calling service for 5 minutes with them not answering. I asked her if she knew what I was talking about that the timing may have been advanced, and maybe needed to be retarded, or just had a stock tune put on. She said she doesn't know what that means, but she spoke with someone that might, and THEN she told me that she was advised they may not even do that kind of work... I just left. I'm thoroughly confused on how this place has such a good rating. Unequivocally the worst customer experience I've ever had.

Good fast service I just wish my truck wasn't just over the 36,000 mile warranty so I could get my tie rod issue fixed I thought tie rods had grease in them not oil??

Made appt. For maintenance took about an hour. And BTW courtesy shuttle is back.
