Been coming to these guys for about 3 years for oil changes and 1 set of tires which they price matched discount tires. Always great service and not long wait.

Customer service is not good. Staff lost fasteners to a cover over oil pan. Caused vehicle to drive dragging a part all over the road. Had to use plastic ties to hold it on my vehicle. Not professional. Did not have time to check vehicle without an appointment when business card says no appt necessary. 5 visits did not yield an inspection, they didn't have time. Service is poor. Will not recommend or return to this location. Worst Quicklime Service ever experienced.

Horrible service. Made an appointment 30 minutes prior to showing up - get there and they tell me they are an hour behind and couldn't accommodate my appointment time. Pretty sure they could have told me that over the phone before I drove the 30 minutes out there for an oil change. Will not be going back.

I have received great service on my truck here and the prices are good. The service is on the slow side as one other reviewer has stated.

Nov.22,2017 was my first visit to quick lanes. I’ve always used the same people, so I was a little nervous at first. But my daughter raved on how good they were. She did tell me that if I wanted to be quicker, to get there first. Which I did. They open at 7 AM and they run on a “first come, first serve” basis. This is not a quick “in and out place”, if you want that you need to go to Jiffy Lube. These guys take their time to examine your vehicle and see if there are any other issues that you need to know about. It’s not that they’re slow, it’s that they pay attention to detail. I was very pleased with their work. They opened at 7 am, I was first in line, and I left at 7:45. They showed me some issues that I had with my vehicle, that I didn’t even know about. I was thankful for their attention to detail. $40 for an oil change, tire rotation, topping off all fluids, and a bumper to bumper inspection, is a great deal. You can’t expect to have that kind of service in 15 minutes or less.... well, not if you want it done right. This will not be my last visit to Quick Lanes.
