This place loves to upsell you. One of my friends has a Focus with bad wheel bearing, he doesn't know about cars, so they said he needed strut assemblies for $800. Another friend had good brakes, then they said he needed $700 brakes. I also had a Buick that looked old, but all the bushings, struts and tie rods were replaced. I brought the car for alignment and guess what? They told me I needed new things. And when I told them I replaced those things already, they said it was a mistake and I didn't need things anymore.

Went there for brake issues, they gave me a very expensive list of other items they said needed repaired, brakes not on list! Had to ask more than once for them to take car off their lift. Went to another mechanic who said everything they listed didn’t need to be repaired or replaced!! Never going back to this rip off place!!

If I had the option to not leave 1 star I would. Called this place today at exactly 4:01 asking if they plugged or patched tires. The guy told me yes, but they were getting ready to close. I said well it's a little after 4 and the information on the internet says y'all close at 5. He then told me "yes but we stop taking customer at 4:30. So now I'm confused, do you close at 4:30 or 5 because that definitely sounds like false advertising. So hey, I went up there to get my tire plugged, and that turned into a situation to where I was asked to leave "simply because I questioned" the closing hours. Asked the So called manager if they had a corporate office, and of course he tells me no. 🤔🤔🤔 So did he actually think I wouldn't do my do diligence???? I'll definitely be on the phone 1st thing Monday morning getting a understanding of what took place at that particular location!

My husband has been here a few times with no issue, when I go in by myself for an oil change they stripped and damaged my oil plug to the point they aren’t able to get it out and tell me that it’ll be a $60 up charge because of the damage THEY did. I left and went to Purcell and it turns out that Quick Lane has made it to where I have to get an entire new oil pan which is $400. Do not go here. After they did the damage, a group of employees huddled up and talked for a while, then went to an office and spoke in there for a while, then came out and told me. They also tried to put blame on a different business.

Great customer service!! Price was a bit higher than I thought it should be, BUT got my oil changed in no time!! Very nice folks, was even offered breakfast!!! Thanks guys!!!

I always get my oil changed there and great price and was very satisfied until I told my wife to go there to get her oil changed . They told her that she needed new brake pads and they gave her a quote for 900.00. I will never use them again, any business that tries to screw a woman or elderly over I have absolutely no use for . I could see 400 or 450 if u had to replace the rotors, but I checked the rotors and they are fine no grooves and are smooth. So women beware that they will try to rip you off

My aunt was on a trip and a tire went bad. They refused to sell a used one and I had to pay 180$ over the phone for an over priced new one. An old lady 300 miles from home and that's what we get

Purchased tires, after 6 months had 1 tire crack on the wall of the tire. They said they would not replace it. Went somewhere else to get another tire & the other place said tread is new, cracked on the wall & Quick Lane should have replaced it.
